Inside, the home has been completely updated to reflect the relaxed, playful spirit of desert living. Clean lines, light walls, and an open‑concept floor plan create a bright, airy atmosphere, while large windows and sliding glass doors frame views of the sun‑drenched backyard.

The living spaces are designed for connection and comfort, with plenty of room for your group of eight to spread out and enjoy. Each of the three dedicated guest bedrooms is thoughtfully appointed with hotel‑quality mattresses, televisions, ceiling fans, and generous storage.

The additional guest rooms are located just outside the primary suite and share a stylish hallway bathroom. Off the living room, a bonus room with a twin‑size daybed offers a cozy hideaway for a little one or an extra guest, complete with its own en‑suite bathroom for added convenience.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quite hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

The City requires a few quick steps for all vacation rentals. After booking, we'll send you the required rental documents to complete within 24 hours, and a quick face-to-face video check-in is also required before your stay. Please review your agreement carefully for important local regulations. We want you to enjoy your stay with no surprises, and we're here to help every step of the way.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

Your total reservation price includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, booking fee, guest service fee, and applicable local taxes. These guest-facing fees support professional cleaning, a safe and secure booking experience, and additional guest amenities and services designed to create a seamless vacation experience, including welcome snacks and bottled water upon arrival.
