Why we love our place: It’s our home away from home. An oasis of peace in a nice quiet neighborhood with all the conveniences nearby, which makes for an effortless stay. Whether you are planning a family vacation or a group trip, the open floorplan provides a seamless flow from the kitchen to the poolside terrace.

Living & Dining:

- Kitchen & Island: A fully equipped kitchen featuring a cool center island, Ninja coffee maker (coffee, sugar, and cream provided), new pans, toaster, blender etc. We are fully stocked to host up to 10 guests with matching plates, cutlery, and glasses, including dedicated poolside glassware. You will also find spices and olive oil.
- Indoor Comfort: Large dining table for 8 guests and a comfortable sectional sofa perfect for watching TV or curling up in front of the gas fireplace on cozy winter nights. There is a ceiling fan in the living room but there is AC throughout.
- Modern Entertainment: Flat-screen Smart TV with cable and of course WiFi.

Sleeping Quarters & Flex Space:

- The spacious primary suite has a luxury queen mattress, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, its luxury ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and dual vanity, and direct access to the pool deck.
- Bedroom 2 also has a luxury queen mattress for ultimate comfort.
- Bedroom 3 is super cool! It has two twin beds-perfect for friends or younger travelers.
- The Flex Office includes a comfortable sleeper couch and a work desk for those who need to get some work done while on vacation.
- The guest bath is a fully remodeled hall bathroom and has a modern step-in shower.

Outdoor Living:

- Step into a private desert oasis on a quiet corner lot.
- The Water: In-ground pool and integrated overflow spa. Pool heating (86°) is optional for $59/night (2-night minimum) and recommended for stays between October-May. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you would like the pool heated as it takes some time. You can heat the spa at your leisure at no cost.
- The Bar & Grill: Features an outdoor bar, BBQ station, and a covered al-fresco dining area.
- The Ritual: Gather around the gas firepit for a beer, a glass of wine and s'mores under the desert sky.
- Vibes: Lounge chairs with several umbrellas for relaxing while facing the striking San Jacinto Mountains.

Prime Palm Springs Location:

- Walkable Convenience: 5-minute walk or 1-minute drive to Sunrise Square- Shopping Center (Starbucks, grocery stores, restaurants, and one of the largest gyms in the city).
- Downtown: Only 2 miles (5–7 minutes) to Palm Canyon Drive.
- Palm Springs Surf Club: Just 3.5 miles (10 minutes) away.
- Palm Springs International Airport: An easy 2.5-mile drive (6–8 minutes).

Important Things to Note:

- City Requirements: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Per city law, you must sign a separate rental agreement, provide a government ID, and list all vehicle license plates prior to arrival. You will be greeted in person by our manager (Matthew) within 24 hours to verify your ID and go over rules.
- City Ordinances: No outdoor music at any time. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 10 AM. Daytime occupancy is limited to 10 guests; overnight occupancy is limited to 6. No smoking inside.
