Kick your shoes off and enjoy a night in the highlife of beautiful Palm Springs, CA! This is your private home, centrally located. You'll enjoy the spectacular mountain views lounging by the private pool. Just minutes from downtown palm springs restaurants, shopping.m, Agua Caliente Casino, Aerial Tramway and other activities.

This new, modern home oasis features 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has 1 king bed, a large luxury bathroom and a large walk-in closet with a single rollover bed, the second bedroom has 1 queen bed and the third bedroom has 1 bunkbed with 2 full size mattresses and a twin bed. The second full bathroom is centered between the second and third bedroom for convenient sharing.

The open floor plan throughout the house features a full kitchen with dishwasher and kitchen bar seats, breakfast area, formal dining area, PH filtered water, spacious living room features WIFI TV and 2 couches for a comfortable reading space.

The game room is half of the garage converted to a nice getaway with a billiard/pool table, ping pong table and comfortable seating. There is still space inside the garage for 1 car parking!

We've built a full outdoors bar-b-q area, fire-pit table with seating; both with natural Gas (NO gas tanks needed), arranged a beautiful outdoor patio with led lights, patio dining area with TV, and pool lounge chairs around the pool and spa, all for your convenience.

The laundry room is available for your use along with free EXTEA high speed WIFI. This is just to name a few, come stay and enjoy it all to yourself!


3 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. Additional $100 fee per daytime for pool to be heated. No additional charge for jacuzzi heater.

Netflix streaming is available with guest accounts.

Pool towels are available for guest use.

There is an additional TV located in the living room for pool viewing. This TV is not recording, do not rely on the camera! Kids must be supervised by the pool at all times.

Pool cleaning days are Wednesday and Saturday mornings usually before noon. If you have requests to change these days, please let us know at least 3 days in advance.

No pets allowed. $500 fee may be applied for violation.

We have 2 Ring cameras at the front of the house and a SkyBell camera at the front door for security only. The gated entrances have keypad locks with new, custom codes generated just for you upon your arrival (We will send you the codes on your check-in day).

Please do not rearrange the furnitures around or move them from one room to the next. The walls will get scratched and fees may apply to fix it. Also, the cleaners will charge an extra $250 USD to move the furnitures back which will be forwarded to you so please be mindful of this.

No music is allowed at any time! City will fine guests. This is not a party house! Please be curious of the neighbors and keep discussions on a low tone. Any fines given from the City is the responsibility of the guest during that stay. In some cases, citations are given during the first infraction plus possible eviction and an additional $5000 for jeopardizing property rental license.

Parking Notes: 2-4 cars can park outside on the driveway and street.

Garage/Game room: garage door must be closed at all times. Never leave garage door open and unattended. Any lost/stolen items from the garage will be on the responsible party staying during that time.

Holiday weekends will need to be 3 night minimum.

Friday and Saturday night must be booked together.

No smoking inside the house. No storage of any type of tobacco or medicinal marijuana. We do allow smoking outside with our provided ash tray but you will need to dump it out in the city trash cans at the side of the home. If the home smells like smoke or any time of tobacco or marijuana, even if not smoked inside, you will be billed for an additional $250 USD in cleaning fees and you will be charged $500 USD for a week night or $1000 USD for a weekend night for having to block a day and air out the home.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $5,000 USD of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

Number of guests: city allows up to 6 guests to stay at night and a maximum of 10 guests during the day. Additional guests stayed may result in a fine or eviction.
