The back siders open to the private patio and pool area, making it the perfect indoor/outdoor Palm Springs Oasis. The large backyard offers total Privacy for sunbathing on the 6 restoration Hardware chaise chairs, floating in the saltwater pool on the Frontgate pool floats or casual barbecues with family and friends. The BBQ is connected to gas so no fuss grilling makes is so easy. The pool can be heated for an additional fee.
The main living area has high vaulted ceilings creating an expansive fee. The spacious and fully-outfitted kitchen with large island makes it smooth and easy to prepare wonderful meals throughout the day.

UTILITIES:
For stays of 28 nights and less: Utilities and the heating of the hot tub are included in the rental of the Property, except for the heating of the pool. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter for an additional $50.00 per day plus the city tax.
For stays over 28 nights: Utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter, hot tub heat is controlled via a remote at the property.
