    Perfect for bachelor and bachelorette getaways, family vacations, or gathering with friends, this freshly renovated estate offers extra-spacious bedrooms and generous living and entertainment spaces throughout. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably, share meals, enjoy game nights, and make memories together.



    Located on a corner lot in the Mirador District near the Movie Colony, this classic 1970s home combines vintage Hollywood personality with modern comfort. Downtown Palm Springs is approximately 1½ miles away—walk, ride our guest bikes, or take a short Uber ride to explore restaurants, cocktail bars, shopping, galleries, and entertainment.



    Inside, vaulted ceilings and an extra-large sliding door create an open, welcoming atmosphere and connect you to the expansive resort-style backyard. Enjoy a renovated kitchen with new appliances, updated bathrooms in both primary suites, tile floors, and comfortable furnishings throughout.

    POOL & SPA HEATING — ADDITIONAL COST



    Pool and spa heating are not included in the rental rate. Please request heating before your stay so we can arrange payment through Airbnb’s Resolution Center.



    Typical daily heating fees:



    • Spa: $80 per day

    • Pool: $150 per day

    • Discounted packages available—please ask for a quote



    These rates assume moderate use. Please turn off spa heating when it is not in use and keep the pool temperature at or below 85°F. Heating use is electronically monitored, and excessive use may incur additional charges. Contact us before booking with any questions.



    OUTDOOR HEATERS



    Outdoor space heaters are available during winter. Propane is not included. Empty tanks are provided for guests to exchange and refill at their own expense.



    PETS WELCOME — $50 PET FEE



    We’re happy to welcome potty-trained pets. Please include your pet when booking so the $50 additional cleaning fee can be applied. Guests must pick up all pet waste.

Beautiful, spacious home! Nice, well-equipped kitchen. Our family of 12 had a great time. And it was close to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Palm Springs. The place was stocked with everything we could need and more. Plenty of space and a beautiful property. The hosts were super helpful in getting us set up and getting the hot tub working and heated to perfection. My only very mild complaint is that it wasn't as clean as other places I've booked - It was just a few little things here and there that could have made us feel like the place was spic and span and ready for us. Other than that, everything was great. I would absolutely stay again.

Celebration

I decided to celebrate my 65th birthday with my kids and grandkids. This was the perfect spot to relax, have fun and spent quality time. The house is very well equipped with all you need to have a great time.

Amazing spot with fantastic hosts

My friends and I stayed at this home for a girl’s weekend. It was fabulous! The house is so spacious and has everything you could possibly need. It is beautifully kept and is in a great location. The hosts go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this amazing oasis :).

Great spot for friend reunion with young kids

We loved all the different spaces in the home that accommodated our large group of different ages spending time together. The pool was an obvious hit! Great communication with the owners throughout. Fantastic location walking distance to downtown Palm Springs (if you can stand the heat!). Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Eight guys from various areas in the US. All in our late 60s. Friends since since our teenage years. The house worked great as our home base for golf outings and watching the Super Bowl. Being close to the airport, a grocery store and the downtown area is an added bonus.

Family Getaway

Lovely property! Plenty of space for multiple generations of family to relax, cook, eat, and play... indoors and out. Great safe yard and dog space to boot; patio misters were awesome in the heat! Very close to town, easy parking and access. Consistent communication with owners before, during, and after our stay. There was an issue with the pool pump not operating, but they responded immediately and worked to get it fixed as quickly as possible. Overall, we had a terrific long weekend!

Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. The house was not clean upon arrival and clearly needed a deep cleaning — many areas and items throughout were dirty, broken or stained brown. The pool was also broken during our stay, so we couldn’t use it, which was a big letdown. On the positive side, the property manager was kind and responsive, and even had a coffee pot DoorDashed to us when we mentioned the one there did not work. In addition, they had a pool person out the same day. Despite their effort, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations, especially for the price. Hopefully they get a refresh for the house because it is super cute.

Family birthday gathering

Location and layout of house was great. The house &yard is definitely in need of some general maintenance and deep cleaning. First impression when pulling into the driveway was an old mattress and old rug laying outside. The cushions on the patio furniture were torn and ratted and wore out. Should be thrown out and replaced. The barbecue and obviously not being Payne in quite a while. I spent at least three hours cleaning it so we could use it. The outside tables have obviously not been cleaned in quite a while and we’re disgusting. The interior of the house was OK but still stand to be cleaned and maintained better. All in all, I’m not sure I would ever rent something from Dube properties again.
