The rooms were nice and they were clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The problems I had was 1. the shampoo/conditioner bottles were empty, 2. We requested maintenance in the evening hours because our toilet was clogged. The office said maintenance was not available until the next morning. We literally asked for a plunger so we can plunge the toilet ourselves, but the office said that the maintenance staff had the keys to the maintenance room and everything was locked. And still, we had to call next morning at 10a.m. to remind them of the clogged toilet, 3. The outside landscaping was dry looking and ugly. This hotel was not appealing to the eye on the outside. The inside of the hotel was surprisingly nice.
