In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city's and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool heat is available at an additional cost of $99 nightly or $495 weekly. Pool heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the above ground hot tub to 102 degrees at no additional cost.

Your total reservation price includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, booking fee, guest service fee, and applicable local taxes. These guest-facing fees support professional cleaning, a safe and secure booking experience, and additional guest amenities and services designed to create a seamless vacation experience, including welcome snacks and bottled water upon arrival.
