Other Things to Note:
The person making the reservation must be over the age of 25. They will be required to provide a copy of a government issued ID and sign a rental agreement.

Per Palm Springs City Ordinance: NO MUSIC or SOUND (TV, cell phone, radio, etc.) are allowed outside at any time. Any type of SOUND from any sound producing device is not allowed outside of your Vacation Rental unit. This includes music coming from the inside of the home that can be heard outside. If your neighbors can hear the noise, you are in violation of the City Ordinance.

Pool Heating Fee of $100 per day from October 1 - May 31 may be added.

Pet Fee of $250 per pet with prior approval. Bringing a pet of any kind without prior approval will result in a $500 non-refundable fee. Pets 35 pounds and under are only permitted.

There is a 5% cancellation fee on all VRBO reservations.
