Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- The home has an additional bathroom with walk-in shower.

- Parking space for 3 vehicles is available between the carport and driveway. 1 can park under the carport and 2 in the driveway.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- If you are bringing a pet - please note that the Pet Fee is not included in the total price paid at booking. An additional Daily Pet Fee of $35 will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum number of 2 pets can be brought to this property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and that you pick up after your pet.

- The pool can be heated at an additional cost of $60 per day. Please allow for advanced notice of at least 48 hours to request this feature. This includes the hot tub.

The mountains are within easy exploring distance with the popular Palm Springs Ariel Tramway 25 minutes from the house and of course much more to visit in the surrounding areas. Demuth Park has lots of amenities like pickleball and is walking distance from the home!
