This Comfortable & Contemporary Light and Bright Fully Equipped Large home with LED Lighting throughout, Large pool with 2 Tanning Shelves and Hot Tub Spa, Outdoor Seating, Dining, Lounging, and BBQs. Yard boasts Mature Fruit and Palms Trees. Large Master bedroom with walk-in closet and large master bathroom with Jetted tub. This is your Home away from Home. Home features include: 1 king bed in master bedroom, and 3 queen beds in the three additional bedrooms. 1 of the bedrooms we consider a Casita and is a second Master Bedroom. It has its own en-suite bathroom and is located on the west end of the home, almost completely separated from the main house. The Casita is only accessible through the laundry room entry door or from its private side entry door. Kitchen is quite large with center island, double oven and is fully stocked with all the amenities.

This Home is centrally located in Palm Desert only minutes to Great Palm Desert locations like El Paseo, The Living Desert, The River, Great Shopping and Dining, Tennis Clubs and numerous golf courses, as well as Casinos and the Cabazon Outlets.

If children are in the booking - door chimes will be enabled at all times (because of pool safety)

 Utilities, landscape maintenance and high speed wi-fi are included. Our home is in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am daily. Please respect the privacy of the neighbors.

Personal Note: We aim to achieve a memorable experience to honor your time at Casa Clarice. This is our family vacation home and we feel blessed to share it with other groups and families. We’ve custom-built the home to be a perfect, relaxing fit for friends and family to host the ultimate desert getaway.

EXTREME WEATHER NOTES (SUMMER): The Coachella Valley may experience extreme heat in the summer, also summer conditions may include occasional high winds. As such, we ask that you close the umbrellas nightly during the summer, as well as take them completely down during high winds.

WEATHER NOTES (WINTER): In the winter, valley low temperatures can drop below 42 degrees at times. The pool temperature in the winter usually remains around 60 degrees.

CHECK-IN NOTES: At this time, we offer contactless check-in. Your host will be available by phone and text.

LARGE GROUPS/EVENTS/PETS: Events and parties are forbidden. Small Pets(Dogs) are welcomed upon approval and with a non-refundable, daily small pet fee.
