Each bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy, while the flexible fourth bedroom can be styled as an office, exercise studio, or guest suite to suit your needs.

Spa heat is included in your rental rate. Pool heat is an additional charge invoiced prior to check-in. In order to fully enjoy our gorgeous swimming pool, we highly recommend ordering pool heat at least 2 days prior to check-in...especially Oct-May. Pool heating rates are as follows: 2-3 nights ($69/night); 4-7 nights ($59/night); 7-28 nights ($49/night); 29+ nights (inquire).

We are fortunate to be one of the few cities in the Coachella Valley that allows short-term rentals. To maintain this privilege, all guests must abide by the local law. Palm Springs City Ordinance 2075 is very specific and highly enforced.
