***RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE***

POOL & SPA HEATING
Pool and spa heating are optional, with charges ranging from $30–$80 per day depending on seasonal weather conditions. The heating charge is included in the quoted reservation price by default. If you prefer not to have the pool and spa heated, simply let us know and the heating charge will be removed from your reservation.

OCCUPANCY & AGE REQUIREMENTS
Maximum occupancy is six guests, including children of all ages. All guests must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by a parent. Parties and events are not permitted.

PALM SPRINGS NOISE ORDINANCE
Palm Springs strictly enforces vacation rental regulations. No outdoor music is permitted at any time, and noise must remain at reasonable levels. Occupancy and parking regulations are strictly enforced. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction without refund.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTIFICATION
The City of Palm Springs requires a separate written rental agreement and a copy of the primary guest's identification before check-in.

PETS
Up to two dogs are welcome with advance approval and an additional pet fee. No other animals are permitted.

EXTENDED STAYS (28+ NIGHTS)
For reservations of 28 nights or longer, guests are responsible for gas and electricity charges based on meter readings. A $3,500 refundable utility deposit is automatically included in the reservation price. Actual utility charges will be deducted from this deposit, and any remaining balance will be refunded after the stay.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
An accidental damage waiver covering eligible damage up to $2,000 is included in the reservation. Terms and exclusions apply; please refer to the rental agreement.
