Had a fantastic stay! The home was immaculately clean inside and out, well-stocked, and had a cozy, relaxing vibe. I slept great and felt completely at ease.The location was ideal walkable, convenient, and still really peaceful.I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend this place. Booked this studio for a lil getaway with my wife. We were both speechless with not only the home but how attentive, generous, and creative Jeff is! I’d find my wife just admiring all the artwork and looking up different items so that I can purchase for our home. I’m now having to buy the exact comforter and blanket for us. Plenty of shops nearby. We decided to cook at home and Jeff, sure enough, hooked us up with the bbq and supplies- and A1! We will definitely be back

One of the best places I've stayed at. There is so much character, charm and fun in this place. Lots of color, lots of thoughts put into it, and the one word that comes to mind is generous. Jeff has generosity of spirit, and it shows in every aspect. I felt so comfortable staying in his studio. His communication is fantastic. He even offered early check-in and late check-out. He also asked me if I wanted something from the store before (yes, before) I arrived to the studio. The fridge is stocked, and the rest of the studio has everything one needs. What an unforgettable and amazing stay! Loved every minute there.

Outstanding in every way!

We stayed here for 5 nights, and I'd give it 10 stars if I could. The suite is beautiful, FULLY stocked with just about everything you could ever need (including snacks and drinks) and it's in a great location in a beautiful neighbourhood. Jeff is a fantastic host who goes above and beyond to provide not only an exceptional space but also a personal touch to make you feel very welcome without feeling like your privacy is infringed upon. We would absolutely stay here again.

The cat’s pajamas! The Daddy-O is fabulous!

My words will not do justice to this place but I will try. Imagine your coolest uncle who has amazing taste in decor and a retro, hipster, rat pack vibe taking part of his mcm home in a beautiful foothill neighborhood and turning it into a vrbo. That’s this place. Freestanding soaking tub - Full bar - Thoughtfully stocked fridge - . Luxurious bathroom with high-end spa-quality lotions and perfumes . Even a drawer of basic medical remedies. Beautiful shower (loved the shampoo and conditioner so much I immediately ordered some). Sumptuous linens. A lovely private patio where you can relax and enjoy the hummingbirds. An envious collection of vinyl and a turntable. A closet with robes and sunscreen. A selection of coffees and coffee-makers! Reading material galor. I could live there. I wish I did! Hands down the best place I have ever stayed. Jeff and Phil were beyond thoughtful and considerate. I wish everyone put this much care Into their lodgings. The decor! I hope to return someday. Literally beyond compare. Close to the tennis gardens too. Can’t say enough great things. Thank you for making your place so wonderful! So quiet too. Just perfect.

Best Overall Accommodation We've Ever Experienced

My girlfriend and I are both very seasoned travelers, domestically and internationally. Within 30 minutes of us arriving and soaking everything in, we were so blown away with the experience we knew we were going to have that we immediately booked this same spot for our next trip to this area.The listing is 100% accurate, the hosts are beyond accommodating and responsive, and there is literally nothing that can be improved upon. Many thanks for hosting us and providing an amazing time in literally every aspect possible.

Nice golf getaway

Clean, safe and private. Phil and Jeff are excellent owners. They are very attentive and friendly. They made me feel welcomed. Their attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend staying with them for any event or getaway your doing. No regrets here.

Excellent Accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay. The suite is fully stocked with every item a traveller needs, including a large variety of snacks and breakfast foods. The bed is comfortable, the ambiance is welcoming and cozy, and our hosts were friendly and amenable to any request. The decor is delightful and the patio is comfortable and scenic.

Peaceful setting

As a host Jeff provides very generous hospitality. Lots of snacks and drinks as well accommodating any other need! His communications with me were outstanding. The location is fabulous, in a very nice quiet neighbourhood.Wonderful to walk in. A great place for a couple or a single person.

It doesn't get any better than this

The Daddio Suite was beyond perfect. It was generously, stocked with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The decor was just plain fun and the location was convenient to everything. Jeff was the perfect host and gave all the hints and suggestions you could ask for. Don't miss a chance to enjoy these great accommodations if you are in the Palm Desert area

Everything in abundance

It was spacious, everything in abundance[water, beer, sun tan creams, snacks, body lotions, towels etc.], and clean. The walkout to the pool with chairs and tables for having coffee in the morning was relaxing. I especially liked having the close outlet to charge my car each evening….very convenient. Compared to Embassy Suites [which we stayed last year] this was excellent in all categories…price, space, and no leaking faucet.

A really great accommodation that offers everything you could wish for. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment super clean and nothing is missing. The hosts even provide drinks, coffee and food so that you don't have to go shopping first, but can relax straight away as everything is there. The pictures do not show the full extent of this great accommodation. I would come back anytime. The hosts are also extremely friendly and accommodating. All round, perfect. Book it!

Weekend getaway

A wonderful experience. We had a very relaxing and peaceful weekend. Our time there was one of the best. We found this place to be spacious and accommodating, as well as beautifully decorated and inspirational. There was art, poetry, books and a great selection of vinyls. We look forward to visiting Palm Desert again in the near future and hopefully stay in Jeff’s private suite if available.

10/10 Fun & clean place to stay!

I had a great experience staying here! It was fun, safe, and clean. The amenities were a plus. I booked a stay here in Palm Desert for a concert and I’m so happy I did. There was a pool, which was nice and relaxing to use during the hot day and at the end of the concert it was nice to lay in the bathtub to relax, a perfect getaway! I also didn’t really need to go out and do any food shopping as there was plenty of snacks and food available. I also want to mention how cute the place was, it was decorated very nicely and felt like I was getting a real experience of the Palm Spring vibes here! The music when you walk in is a perfect detail to this place and took me back to a 50s/60s vibe, I love that and the post cards were very fun to look at. Theres a lot you can look at like artwork, books, the bar area was such a cute idea. I wasn’t bored here. Jeff is a great host and provided excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this place!

I cannot begin to express what a joy this property and its host are. The suite is spacious, comfortable, full of amenities, and amazingly decorated. The pool and patio space are so relaxing. I felt like I’d been transported to a mid-century oasis and felt truly transformed after my stay. I plan to make it a regular retreat for me, and can’t wait to come with my husband. Thank you Jeff!

Amazing

The second you step in …… WOW . Every detail is above and beyond. I can honestly say I didn’t want to go home for a couple more days . And leaving Coachella at night and knowing where I would end up in 15 minutes put a giant smile on my face . Stepping out every morning onto the pool deck is also another lush experience. I can honestly say the mood is sexy . You want to be there , you’re excited to come back to it after your out and about . Prob my favorite place to be other than my home . If it had a record player I probably would of never stepped out , beyond amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Desert Oasis

Jeff is an absolute beacon of hope in the world of rentals. Not only was everything as accurate as the listing, it was arguably better in person. The property is secluded enough to feel like a true getaway but within walking distance of food, coffee, and various shops. The neighborhood is quiet and Jeff’s attention to detail leaves you with everything you need at home to barely even leave. We sure didn’t want to! Communication was easy, and everything felt seamless. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, this is it. This is THEE place and i promise you’ll be better for it!

Great place and great experience

My wife and I stayed here for 20 days in March. I don’t know where to begin about how much I loved this place. Fabulously decorated (as you can tell from all the pictures) and fully outfitted. Pretty well everything you need is there. And if it isn’t Jeff and Phil did their best to get it. Great location. When we arrived the radio was on to an oldies channel which set the mood (Mod 107.3 if I recall). Jeff was very responsive if I texted him about an inquiry. Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous Accommodation in the Desert

This suite exceeded our expectations in every way! It was spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated, entirely spotless and perfectly located on a beautiful street in a quiet neighbourhood. The fridge was fully stocked and the suite itself was very well-equipped; every need was anticipated. The luxurious spa-like bathroom was a delight with double sink/vanities, soft and thick towels and bathrobes, and I particularly loved that there was a lighted magnifying mirror available! The exterior of the property was absolutely lovely and we never tired of the view of the pool and the palm trees every morning. Hosts Jeff and Phil were very responsive and helpful with recommendations throughout our two week stay. We would come back again in a heartbeat!

More than satisfied

This was our third stay at Jeff's vrbo. We count on it and look for availability whenever we are in the area. The location for any purpose is ideal. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Jeff provides many helpful amenities. It is unique. An environment as well as a place to stay.
