The Space:

This cozy yet stylish retreat blends mid-century charm with modern upgrades. The home features a fully updated kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops, a large island with bar seating, and sleek stainless-steel appliances, perfect for cooking and entertaining.



The living area offers a comfortable setting to unwind, complete with a flatscreen TV, while large windows invite in natural light and showcase the beautiful surroundings.



Step outside to your private patio and take in the breathtaking views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail, the serene setting is hard to beat. When you're ready, take a refreshing dip in the pool just steps away.



Located on El Paseo, the Sandpiper community offers easy walking access to some of the best shopping and dining in the desert.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, as well as the community pool and shared amenities, including BBQ areas, refrigerators, shuffleboard, and parking.

Friday–Saturday: 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Maximum pool capacity: 45 people

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

***Cancellation Policy:** Payment and cancellation terms depend on who collects your accommodation payment. APEK does not add a card-processing cancellation deduction to accommodation payments collected by Airbnb, Booking.com, or another booking channel; your booking channel's confirmed cancellation policy applies. New direct bookings under our single-service-fee pricing include credit card processing in the 10% service fee. No separate card-processing fee or 5% card-processing deduction applies to an eligible refund for those bookings; refund eligibility and amounts follow the cancellation terms confirmed at booking. Existing confirmed direct reservations retain their agreed cancellation and refund terms. For current Vrbo reservations where APEK collects the accommodation payment, the existing 5% service charge on refunds for non-refundable credit card processing fees continues to apply. The following refund terms apply only to those APEK-collected bookings under this policy:

* 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in."



*** Additional Cleaning Requirement: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.
