The Space:

This open and spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath plus den Cottonwood is the perfect Palm Desert getaway. It has been tastefully furnished and offers all that you can ask for in a vacation rental. The living room has plenty of seating for you and your guests to sit around the fireplace and watch your favorite sporting event or movie around the large TV.



For the chef in your group, the fully remodeled and well stocked kitchen with updated appliances will make cooking a breeze! And when the weather is right, you can enjoy dining al-fresco on the patio with beautiful views of the fairway and lake.



After a long day swimming in the many community pools, you can rest in either of the 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a King Bed, TV, ensuite bath with shower/tub combo and has access to a private patio. The guest bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. For extra sleeping arrangements, the den offers a TV as well.



Guest Access:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.



The Neighborhood:

Located in vibrant Palm Desert, Bahama Breeze is just minutes from premier public golf courses, upscale boutiques, and thrilling casinos, offering guests a fusion of leisure and excitement.



Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however.

Convenience meets adventure, as Bahama Breeze situates you a short drive from Palm Desert's highlights: world-class golf courses, exclusive boutiques, and vibrant casinos guarantee entertainment for all.

Per local ordinance, all guests will receive a Good Neighbor Brochure as part of the Welcome Packet provided at check-in. Guests are required to review and comply with all city regulations, neighborhood policies, and occupancy requirements outlined in the brochure throughout their stay.

Palm Valley is a private residential community. Guests must observe occupancy and parking limits, display parking permits, and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.



The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.
