We are located 5 minutes from El Paseo, the Rodeo Drive of the Desert as well as 5-10 minutes from Whole Foods, Bristol Farms, Gelson's and other grocery stores. The municipal park on Fred Waring Drive is within Walking Distance and has Tennis and Pickleball Courts, Sand Volleyball, Basketball Courts and Baseball Diamonds as well as a large Playground for the kids and a large dog park. 2 Malls and 2 Movie Theaters are within 5 minutes as well as many Scenic Hiking Trails including Art Smith Trail and Bump and Grind, 2 of the most popular hikes in Palm Desert.
