When you enter the home, you are immediately at ease. The 1st level is ideal for entertaining with a living room to watch the game or play foosball. This area also features a kitchenette and half bath. From this common area, you can easily access the patio, grill, pool, spa and beach walkover!
The 1st floor also hosts 2 bedrooms with a jack-n-jill bathroom. Each of these bedrooms has a bunkbed and TV.

You may take the elevator or the stairs to the 2nd floor, which boasts an expansive open-concept living, dining and kitchen, decorated in beachy colors and paintings. The living room boasts a TV and lots of seating and is an ideal spot for the whole family to gather and recharge by the sea. The generous kitchen features fabulous prep space and stainless-steel appliances. Smell the coffee brewing from the kitchen in the Keurig or the coffee pot. Half bathroom is right across from the kitchen. Seating available at the countertop or at the dining table. But the true show-stopper is the beach, a breathtaking wall of sliding glass doors out to the balcony face the Atlantic providing expansive views of the cinnamon-colored sand and calming waves.

2 additional guest suites are on this 2nd level. One guest bedroom Features a Queen bed with a paddle headboard, TV, access to a private balcony, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The other bedroom showcases a King bed, TV, access to a private balcony and private bathroom with shower.

Ascend the stairs or the elevator to the 3rd floor to the King Master Suite with gorgeous ocean views. The master suite also has a seating area with TV and a sleeper sofa. The master bathroom features double vanities, a soaking tub and separate shower. Step out on your private balcony and feel the ocean breezes to decompress from your day.

There are 2 other bedrooms on the top level. One bedroom is another King suite with TV, access to a private balcony and a private bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom features 2 Queen beds, a TV and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

This home has Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella & Beach Wagon to enjoy! It also has a Pack-n-Play for little ones.
