LOCATION
Located within the gated Ocean Hammock community, guests enjoy a quieter and more relaxed oceanfront experience while remaining close to golf, restaurants, shopping, and nearby Flagler Beach attractions.

• A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24hrs after booking.
• Nightly pricing includes up to 6 guests. Additional guest fees apply for guests 7–10.
• Trailer parking is not permitted under Palm Coast regulations. If needed, I can provide a list of local trailer storage options for you to contact directly and arrange storage.
• Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Please request pool heat at least 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready for your stay. Pool heat is weather dependent and may be limited during cooler temperatures.
• For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method.

• This gives us time to prepare the property for our next guests—thank you for your understanding!
Guests & Quiet Hours
• Maximum Guests: 8 people
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Our home is in a peaceful neighborhood with working families, so we kindly ask you to keep
noise levels low, especially during quiet hours.
Parking
• Maximum of 4 cars in the driveway
• 1 Garage is available for a vehicle or motorcycles
• Trailers are not allowed for overnight parking - Please ask ahead of time for any locations where you
may store your trailer during your stay. This is a HOA regulation and is enforced.
• Parking is not allowed on the street. Please use the designated parking areas provided.
No Smoking Policy
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
• Why? We work hard to provide a clean, smoke-free environment for all our guests.
• If smoking is detected, a $750 cleaning fee will apply. This fee covers:
• Professional cleaning of furniture, curtains, and linens.
• Air purification to eliminate odors.
• Extra cleaning time to restore the home to its fresh state.
• Thank you for helping us keep the property fresh for everyone!
Trash & Recycling
• Trash Pick-Up: Tuesday & Friday
• Recycling Pick-Up: Thursday only
• Please place your trash and recycling in the provided bins and set them at the curb the night before
pick-up. Don’t forget to return the bins after collection!
Furniture
• Feel free to rearrange furniture inside the house to suit your needs.
• Just be sure to return it to its original spot before you check out—thank you for helping us keep
everything organized!
Additional Notes
• Damages or Violations: To ensure the best experience for everyone, violations of these guidelines
may result in the termination of your reservation, with all payments forfeited.
• Neighborhood Etiquette: Let’s keep the charm of our lovely neighborhood intact. Please avoid
loud noise or disruptions during your stay.
