Great Rental
Great location! Away from town but close to beaches, restaurants and Publix. The porch out back was a great place to grill and enjoy lunch. Beautiful sunsets from the dock. Saw dolphins and manatee. Wonderful place to just relax and unwind.

Fun!
Property was wonderful-very private. Nearby neighbors were very nice. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and watching the sunsets. Home is very well stocked & had everything we needed! Location was great-several delicious restaurants within a minute or two drive. Beach parking & access directly across the street. We had a couple of small issues which were addressed promptly. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Intercoastal Gem
When we weren't out enjoying the beach or the area, we were on that amazing intercoastal dock. Fishing and taking in all of the beautiful scenery. It was fun to see so much wild life too.

Michael’s place was great. We liked the location, amenities, and the quiet setting. It’s only a minute walk to the intercoastal waterway and about a 5-minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean. It was nice to have two bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower. It was well stocked with most anything that could be needed (including beach towels), but also a very short drive to an excellent restaurant (JT’s!) and a grocery store. Michael communicated well and we had an easy check in. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we highly recommend.

Excellent as always
This is the second time staying at this property. As always, the property was immaculate. It’s a beautiful place to stay and and an excellent owner to deal with. Communication was timely, he always ensures we’re pleased, and responds quickly to the few questions we had. Highly recommended from all aspects. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Florida. Thanks again for a great experience.

Relaxing little paradise
This rental was perfect for us. It’s on a semi private lot shielded from the road with direct access to the intercostal waterway. Use of the dock space and kayaks was perfect to fish, watch for dolphins(we saw several!), watch the boats go by or just relax with a book. The house was very comfortable, nicely stocked and just the right size for us. We had access to hiking trails, the beach, great restaurants, fish market & Publix all within a mile. So glad we found this place

Quiet hammock getaway
This property is exactly as advertised. I used the walkway across the street a couple times a day (around the mountain bike trail). I didn’t bring a bike this time, but the bike path along A1A is right there too. Easy drive to the store and restaurants. Nice quiet getaway in the hammock.

A nice relaxing retreat
We had a great stay here. Very accommodating. Every comfort and amenity needed is onsite. Nice quiet neighborhood and central location to palm coast and St. Augustine. Highly recommend.

Absolute paradise!!
What a wonderful experience at this private, tucked away slice of paradise! Perfect house, beautiful location, extremely clean…felt like we were staying with friends! Mike is awesome, helpful & so accommodating. Neighbors are friendly, but not intrusive. From days of dock fishing to nights by the bonfire, my family was blessed beyond measure to spend our New Year’s week here! We will definitely be back.

Very pleased with our stay at this location. Beautiful little home on the water. Plenty of fishing and relaxing on a large property. Overall very secure property with no concerns during our whole stay. Property owner was excellent with communication and even provided more info than I expected and answered quickly. Grill and firepit was an added bonus for when we didn't feel like going out. We will absolutely rent this home again in the future when visiting Florida. Thanks again for a great and seamless experience.

Perfect location
We booked this house at the last minute and were a little concerned because it was actually available. We were pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect - close to St. Augustine and Flager. The house itself was nicely furnished. Being right on the intracoastal was amazing. Dolphin playing, pelicans hanging near the dock and the sunshine made for a great stay!!

Awesome Getaway
This property was a great place to go to relax and get away from everyday concerns. A comfortable, well equipped cottage nestled in the trees. We caught a lot of fish from the dock and enjoyed being on the river watching the dolphins frolicking. Having the bike trail just across the road was perfect and we rode often. Sunrise on the nearby beach was breathtaking and we walked many hours breathing in the refreshing ocean air. We also did a beach horseback ride which was something on our bucket list. Staying on this property made everything convenient. Our trip could not have been any better.

Relaxing
If you want a comfortable, quiet place to stay then come here to this little piece of paradise. It sits on a nice sized piece of old Florida on the river. Time to relax and put a line in the river or watch out for dolphins. A very clean and well equipped home. Our host Mike was easy to communicate with.

Very nice location with dock and beautiful sunsets. Two negatives - the grills were not, in my opinion, clean enough to use. Also, loud noise came from water heater in 2nd bedroom. Overall, however, a pretty nice place to stay

It was nice to only have to walk about a hundred foot away to be able to go fishing on the dock with the beach only being about three-quarters of a mile away got some great shelling in nice and clean neighbors were awesome really enjoyed our stay

There is plenty of things to do especially if you love the outdoors. Bicycling and walking/running.
We enjoyed sitting out on the dock and watching the wildlife. It was a little chilly for the water sports this week but we had several great bike rides. The trails are excellent and begin across the street so no riding on the road needed. The house is clean and like new throughout and the property is a slice of the old natural Florida that I love. The beach is very close by walking or biking. Everything you need is close by also.

The home had all you’d ever need or want very comfy!! The property was gorgeous lots of wildlife in & out of the water!!! Close to great local food wonderful fresh fish !! We were on the dock from sun up to sunset 🌞🐬🌴😎loved it!!!
