HOUSE RULES
Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
Accidental Damage: In case of any accidental damage, we’ll assess the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage, no parking on lawns, sidewalks, streets, or swales, no overnight commercial vehicles, and no trailers. Trailers can receive an exemption, but management must be notified for approval.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste.
Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, contact us for clarification to avoid any misunderstandings. These rules are grounds for eviction without refund and may affect our ability to offer the home for future guests, exposing you to liability.
IMPORTANT & REQUIRED: After booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through a trusted third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Truvi will contact you via email to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
