-This is a private 271 sq ft King bed studio condo with a full private bathroom. You will have the entire place to yourself. The bed is a hybrid king, memory foam over coil springs.

We supply you with a parking placard for street parking

There is a Publix market across the street with all of the food and drink including a great wine selection for your stay at the beach.

The apartment is equipped with;

-King bed with freshly laundered sheets, blankets and pillows

-Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow drier

-Fresh towels; Please note, we are a vacation rental. We supply two sets of Fresh towels per stay, additional towels can be supplied at additional charge through my cleaning company. It requires at lease a one day notification. Charges vary depending on quantity. There is coin operated laundry room in the building if you need to do laundry.

-Keurig coffee machine with coffee and supplies

-Breakfast bar with microwave, dishes, cups and flatware
