The spacious laundry room has a state-of-the-art, front-loading washer & dryer, as well as storage space, soaps, an iron and board. The bathrooms are stocked with plush luxury bathrobes, make-up towels and high-end toiletries.

Outdoor Amenities:
The private, lush, fully-fenced backyard patio is the ideal gathering & entertaining space! Swim all day in the sapphire blue HEATED Pool, or mix tropical cocktails at the gazebo tiki bar with stool seating for six. Lounge poolside in zero-gravity hanging lounge chairs with umbrellas, while you listen to podcasts or read the latest bestseller. There are plenty of regular lounge chairs as well as a round sofa daybed.
This resort-style oasis is nestled amidst palms, tropical flowers and banana trees. The patio is fragrant with hibiscus, frangipani and ocean breezes. Nap in the luxurious wood base hammock, work on your tan and soak up some sunshine and vitamin D!
