This luxurious Coastal Cottage offers 3 fully furnished bedrooms with a variety of bed sizes including, 1 king master suite, 1 queen bed, 1 bunkbed (2 full beds), 1 additional rollaway bed, and 2 full bathrooms. This home has been designed to accommodate friends & family looking for a cheerful getaway near the heart of Palm Beach! The house has been newly renovated from head to toe with a beautiful coastal vibe! Dressers, mirror, nightstands, lamps and cozy bathrobes in every room. Upon arriving you’ll notice an abundance of closets and storage space for all your personal belongings.

The home is fully stocked with linens, towels, detergent, hangers, WiFi, complimentary toiletries, bathrobes, and ceiling fans. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs along with a coffee maker and complimentary coffee and tea (regular and decaf). A full laundry room with iron/ironing board, vacuum and essential cleaning supplies. Beach accessories are provided including beach chairs, and towels. (Be sure to check out our guide book for the best beaches) Cozy living room, blankets, and brand new smart TV with Netlfix, Hulu and other apps to enjoy during your stay.

Backyard includes a brand new HOT TUB, MINI GOLF, paddle boards, ping pong table, gas barbecue grill, multiple cozy seating areas, bistro lights, outdoor dining table and chairs and lots of privacy.

The property is perfect for those wanting some quiet time indoors or outdoors, very private house! LARGE driveway with plenty of parking and room for parking in the garage, 5 cars!

WALKING DISTANCE to water access for paddle boarding, less than 5 minutes drive to beaches, waterfront restaurants, state parks, live entertainment, mini golf, fishing, boating, biking, paddle boarding, surfing, canoeing, diving, golfing, and boutiques. 5+ boat launches right in the area!
