Such a beautiful property located across from a beautiful beach. Convenient to walk to restaurants. Loved sitting outside on our private patio and the patio by the pool.

Lovely hotel with the kindest staff. Our room had wonderful amenities and a great view. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. I have no complaints at all and would recommend to anyone staying in Mondello!

Everyone was wonderful and helpful the pools and property are beautiful and the rooms are lovely … right by the ocean and a quick walk to restaurants and shops. They have excellent recomendations for restaurants in the area. The concierge was a wonderful women who sent us to the best meal we had in all of Italy.

Such an outstanding oasis , renovated to to bottom, no detail missed. Beautiful outdoor pool area,rooftop, room balcony, bath , stereo ,tv,bedding Walk to beach and restaurants. Absolutely book it !

prachtig uitzicht, kamer en gebouw zeer schoon. Ontbijt: heerlijke koffie en lekker ontbijt, maar zeer weinig aanbod qua keuze en qua hoeveelheid. nieuwe verkeerssituatie -> met eigen auto (bijna) niet te bereiken (zelfs receptioniste kon de route niet foutloos uitleggen). inrit tot hotel/parkeerplaats zeer smal door parkerende auto's op toegangsweg. Geen bezoekers op kamer, bij pool met extra betaling. geen service bij de pool. geen sleutel voor de buitendeur. Deze wordt altijd door receptionist(e) geopend. Net als in gevangenis. We voelden ons opgesloten. Bij de pool lagen houden planken los -> gevaar voor wonden aan de voeten door spijkers e.d. Geen service op mooi dakterras -> er zat nooit iemand (langer dan 10 min). 1 receptioniste kwam niet gastvrij over. Kamer: mooi uitzicht, ruim, schoon.

Fantastic hotel
Fantastic hotel - in every way. Very nice room, breakfast buffet superb, pool area and hotel decor very nice - and staff super friendly. Walking distance from town square with restaurants and shops - but in a quiet street.

Was an excellent two night stay to relax after almost two weeks of traveling Italy. Staff were very accommodating and the area was very quiet at night as it mins walk from busy area of Mondello. Communication was easy and location was great, room with a balcony to have wine with a view of the sunset is amazing. Thanks for the great stay, if we are ever back in Sicily we will make our way back to Unico.

Stunning boutique hotel Mondello
This is a beautiful boutique hotel with a stunning view. A quiet oasis whether you are returning from the buzz of time in Palermo or from the gorgeous shallow waters of Mondello beach. Staff are so welcoming and attentive without being intrusive, care and attention to every detail. Modern spotlessly clean accommodation, exceptional well thought out poolside design gardens, breakfast on the terrace does not get better than this!

This is a truly unique and lovely hotel. Fantastic art throughout, secure parking, wonderful customer service, superb cocktail selection, amazing pool and hot tub on the terrace with a stunning view. Great location as well, walkable to many restaurants and cute parts of town. We plan to return and would love to stay here again!

My wife and stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! The staff was super nice and accommodating. Location is right by the beach and the property is gorgeous. Would stay again and recommend to friends!

A small boutique hotel with lovely staff that are always helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is nicely located close to the beach and the square. The hotel pool and grounds are lovely and well kept, and the room was clean, minimal and bright. I would definitely stay here again!!

This hotel is beautiful, with a view of the ocean. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are delightful and very comfortable. The staff is very attentive and the continental breakfast is amazing and you can order extras too. Room service is available with a nice selection of food, wine, and champagne. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We hope to visit again in a few years.

Super Service und schöne Zimmer
Der Service war wundervoll und wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war schön und modern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG mit Balkon/Terasse, die von einer Hecke umgeben war, wodurch wir die Privatsphäre genießen konnten, jedoch war der Meerblick dadurch gleichzeitig limitiert. Ein rundum schönes, modernes Hotel, das durch seinen wunderbaren Service und die geringe Zimmeranzahl einen gewissen familiären Flair mit sich bringt. Obwohl wir rundum zufrieden waren, fand ich das Hotel in Bezug auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis etwas zu teuer. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, allerdings sehe ich den Preis trotzdem nicht ganz als gerechtfertigt an (wir haben auch spät gebucht und für 3 Nächte um die 1000€ gezahlt. Immerhin handelt es sich hierbei um ein kleines Boutique Hotel und kein 5-Sterne Luxusschuppen.) Trotzdem kann ich nur erneut den wunderbaren Service und die schönen Zimmer betonen. Auch die Aussicht von der Dachterasse ist ein Traum! Darum würde ich auch noch eingemauert wiederkommen und das Hotel auch weiterempfehlen!

Unique view on the sea from the hotel room (we stayed in room 6). It was so relaxing. I also liked the modern and new way the room and hotel was designed. The roof top terrace and the pool area are also incredibly wonderful. We liked everything!

Lovely boutique hotel in great location
Beautiful boutique hotel, with a really lovely pool and rooftop hot tub. Staff super friendly and helpful. Great location a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Only negative was that the toiletries provided when we arrived had already been used, and weren't replenished during our stay. Also the only mirror in the room was in the bathroom, so tricky when we were both trying to get ready. Otherwise it was lovely, would stay again!

Spoil yourself and book this hotel,!!
Fantastic trip to an amazing hotel. From the extremely warm welcome on arrival from reception and their assistance in securing reservations for meals to the service at the pool and at breakfast, we cannot thank you enough. Absolutely loved our 4 nights there and would highly recommend. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff.

After traveling for 30 hours we arrived at 9 pm. Marina was there waiting at the door for my mom and I. She greeted me with a kiss on the cheek and I new I chose the correct hotel for our stay in Sicily. Our bags were whisked away to our room before I even sat down to check in. Our room was amazing and had a great view of the sea. Each staff member were attentive, kind and so accommodating. The pool and patio area is what dreams are made of. The thing that sealed the deal was when Marina walked us over to our room and said welcome home. The hotel is impeccable. I couldn’t of asked for a better start to our holiday.

This property was a perfect getaway. Everything is thought through, down to the plants that perfectly block sounds from the street while not blocking your view. It was a wonderful, complete experience.
