Great spot.
Casa di Anna was a wonderful place to stay in Palermo. It has a central location and a warm welcoming owner Giuseppe. I highly recommend.

Great location and reasonable price. All of the staff we interacted with was very nice. The building is grand with beautiful high ceilings. However, it is in need of some TLC. Toilet seat and shower wand were broken. Could use a fresh coat of paint. The towels were quite stiff.

Nice Stay
Comfortable stay in a decent location close to sites in historic centre. We had a back room so noise from the busy Via Roma. Short walk from airport bus stop. Breakfast was OK but Cappuccino making skills of the lady could be improved; fortunately there is a great coffee shop 5 mins from the B&B. Giuseppe gave us a very good overview of Palermo.

Good B & B in the center of Palermo
If you want to live close to the center and close to good restaurants and City live. Casa DI Anna is the place. It is close to the station if you come by bus or train. The rooms are large and have a thypical italian mattress medium to hard. The Morning breakfast is fine to get along. You can hear traffic from the main Road via Roma if you have open windows. But hey you are in the center. If we choose B&B again we would stay there.

We really enjoyed to be at this B&B. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Both uncle and nephew Giuseppe were excellent hosts, making us feel at home and providing us with information about Palermo. We hope to be back one day.

Reasonable B&B in Palermo
A Casa di Anna is good value for Palermo. It is well situated and you can virtually walk to any of the main Palermo sites. Sweets, fruit and coffee for breakfast and helpful friendly hosts. The only drawback was the traffic noise and if I were to stay there again would ask for a room off the main street.

Il b&b ha una posizine ottima e il prezzo è molto conveniente perfetto per visitare Palermo a piedi. L'unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è stato cge la stanza per quanto spaziosa era molto scura,male illuminata sia dalla luce naturale,avevamo una stanza che dava sul cortile interno,che da quella delle lampade visibilmente insufficienti per la grandezza dell'ambiente.

Gem in the City!
The building does not look like much from the outside, and parking in the neighborhood is very tight if you have a car, but the inside of Casa di Anna is bright, clean and very pleasant. The room I had was large and comfortable, and the host, Giuseppe, is very friendly, personable and accommodating. He also made some great suggestions for things to see in Palermo and great restaurants. The location is also fantastic, right on Via Roma and close to all the sights. The price is also very reasonable for what you get. If you're looking for a nice, clean B&B in the heart of Palermo at an affordable rate, look no further! This is the place to stay. I really enjoyed it!

Went to Sicily with my parents, loved our stay and my parents are very picky people. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, continental breakfast was a plus. Family run place and they were super helpful! The location was perfect too! You walked right out into a busy area, everything near by. We will be staying again for our next trip.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo b&b una notte, essendo a Palermo per motivi di lavoro. È uno stabile d'epoca (con ascensore), e l'appartamento, che si trova al secondo piano, ha dei bei soffitti alti e affrescati, e pavimenti in graniglia originali. Le camere sono ampie e pulite, buona anche la colazione. Il proprietario è stato molto cortese e disponibile. Segnalo solo che la zona è, almeno al momento, a traffico limitato (ore 8-20), quindi chi volesse arrivare con la macchina proprio fin sotto il b&b deve premunirsi di pass giornaliero del costo di 5 euro. In alternativa è possibile trovare posto all'esterno della ztl e raggiungere l'appartamento a piedi (circa 500 mt dall'inizio di via Roma).

まずまずの設備で、対応の良い宿
入り口が最初分かりづらかったです。 通りには小さい表示しかなく、中に入ってからも昔ながらのエレベーターで上がったところにあります。 ただ、チェックインをしてくれた男性はすごく丁寧な対応をしてくれました。 値段が安い宿の割には設備も対応も満足です。

O b&b é localizado no centro antigo de Palermo, portanto se nao pagar uma taxa diaria nao pode estacionar là, o hotel nao tem estacionamento. O predio è muito antigo, o elevador tambem, mas os quartos sao muito amplos e bem mantidos e o Giuseppe é muito atencioso.

Um bom B&B , muito bem localizado no centro de Palermo, podendo fazer toda área turística a pé, o quarto bem limpo , organizado, gostei muito. Café da manhã atendendo às expectativas, muito prestimoso o proprietário. Eu recomendo.

La chambre coté rue que nous avons eu est extrêmement bruyante.Impossible de dormir avec la circulation très dense de la rue. N'ayant pas d'autre chambre disponible le lendemain obligé de trouver un autre hôtel. La 3ième et 4ième nuit on nous a proposé une chambre coté rue avec 2 fois double vitrage moins bruyante. On a donc payé une nuit pour rien.

Good place for a night
A Casa do Anna is a good place to stay for a night or two in Palermo. The room was nice and very spacious with a nice bathroom. Location-wise, it's extremely close to Stations Centrale and within walking distance of the historical center. Like most B&Bs in Palermo, it's in an apartment building a few floors up, which can feel a little creepy (but is totally fine). However, because it's on Via Roma, which is a main street, I found that my room was very loud if I left the windows open, which is a necessity in Palermo in the summer, when it is hot and no one has air conditioning. I also found the manager a little strange - when I arrived it didn't seem like he was expecting me, and even though I told him I was only there for the night and very familiar with the city he tried to give me a long explanation of tourist sites in the area. Finally, breakfast starts a bit late (not a huge surprise in Sicily) at 8:30, so I had to leave before it to catch my bus to the airport (which the manager also didn't know anything about, which I found very unhelpful considering this is how most people get to and from the airport). Overall, not a bad place to stay, but a little odd.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione per visitare a piedi il centro storico di Palermo, che è molto caotico e trafficato. Non vi è un parcheggio interno ma si può lasciare l'auto in una via di fronte. La camera era spaziosa e pulita con arredamento essenziale. Molto gentile il personale, che si è reso subito disponibile ad illustrarci cosa visitare fornendoci una mappa della città. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, c'erano cornetti e brioches, mancava qualche prodotto in più fatto in casa (come le marmellate), ma comunque nel complesso di buona qualità. Unico aspetto negativo è il rumore in quanto, essendo la struttura affacciata sulla via principale non pedonale, di notte si fa fatica a dormire a causa del traffico. Noi peró avevamo la camera 13, probabilmente le stanze che affacciano sull'interno sono più tranquille.

Beautiful B&B in the middle of Palermo
Had a great stay at Casa di Anna. It is close to important sights, shops, restaurants and the central station. A very clean and homely place. The owner and the staff are helpful. Surprisingly good - the price taken into account.

In pieno centro........
Tutto perfetto. Al centro su una delle vie principali della citta' a pochi minuti dalla stazione centrale e dai principali monumenti e mercati rionali. Il collegamento con l'aeroporto e' fantastico ora servito anche dai taxi condivisi con capolinea alla stazione. Il B&B e' pulitissimo e servito da tutti i confort l'ospitalità e' incantevole. L'unica nota negativa e' il disturbo (ovviamente provvisorio, e indipendente dalla loro volontà) dei rumori dei lavori di un appartamento adiacente nel cortile interno già alle 7 del mattino. Ottima colazione. Bagno privato e provvisto anche di phon per i capelli.

Great place to stay, nice welcoming from the staff wide and equipped room (fits to couples) The hotel is well located for long walks and discoveries! Parking is quite hard to find though, so try to turn up early! I recommend it !

Al secondo piano di un antico palazzo, questo b&b è semplicemente stupendo! Stanze grandi finemente arredate, mobili in legno, letto in ferro, bagno interno con doccia comodissimo, alti soffitti stuccati (la mia aveva anche balcone su cortile interno), colazione super, personale gentilissimo (lasciatevi consigliare su cosa vedere e dove mangiare). Lungo via Roma a poco più di 200 mt dalla stazione, vicinissimo alle attrazioni principali della città. Vi spostate tranquillamente a piedi. Ottimo prezzo. Vado spesso a Palermo, sicuramente tornerò lì. Consigliatissimo!!!

Excellent location, friendly service, no problems at all. We were able to use the rooftop terrace at the hotel next door, which was outstanding! I would recommend this establishment to any traveler.

If you're looking for a B&B that is both affordable and comfortable, you have found it - look no further! A Casa di Anna is on Palermo's main drag Via Roma, just a ten minute walk from the bus and train stations, many excellent eateries (Franco u Vastiddaru for street food, Bisso bistro for lunch, Ferro di Cavallo for great dinner and atmosphere, Antica Focacceria di San Francesco for any time of day) and the breathtaking sights the old city has to offer (Quatro Canti, La Martorana, Cappella Palatina, good clothes shops, the museum of modern art and several traditional markets). Our room was large, clean and comfortable with a sizeable well-equipped bathroom (hairdryer provided!). We were given the option of a room at the front of the building or one at the rear. We went for the one at the back with a balcony overlooking the courtyard as the main road can be a little noisy apparently - earplugs should solve that problem. Our host Giuseppe and the rest of the staff provided a great welcome. We were allowed to use an iron when needed and were allowed to store our luggage until our evening flight on our final day. Breakfast was typically Sicilian (brioche & coffee). Use of the roof terrace of the hotel next door is allowed and provides a fantastic view of the city plus a good restaurant and bar service. All in all, A Casa di Anna was great to come 'home' to after a long day exploring and we would return when we are in the city again (hopefully soon - Palermo is beautiful).

This is what you expected from a city hotel. It was nice, had you not far from the heart of the city. Get the back room to avoid more noise. Clean and manager was very helpful and nice.

B&B ubicato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale dei treni (anche terminal del bus proveniente dall'aeroporto) e a 2 minuti dal Corso Vittorio Emanuele, lungo il quale si trovano molti dei siti artistico-storici di interesse della città. Camera pulita e ben arredata con un ampio bagno privato, posto all'interno della stanza. Finestra in camera ben isolante che non lascia entrare alcun rumore (doppia finestra) e climatizzatore interno alla camera. Pulizia della camera e set di asciugamani puliti ogni mattina. Colazione abbondante con possibilità di personalizzazioni. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Prezzo onesto AFFARE!

Nice B&B close to the station and central position
Spacious room, clean and tidy with a homely feeling, a double shower a bonus! The only thing we couldn't find was the air conditioning controls. We left before breakfast time so cannot comment on what it was like. It is conveniently situated for sight seeing and the railway station. I would definitely visit again. I would say don't judge a book by its cover, the outside and entrance is typical of Palermo but you will be very surprised by the inside.

Unless you have earplugs or a room guaranteed inside [ therefore dark] its not ideal because of the traffic noise. Shower/toilet cubicles a bit basic. However both owners very eager to help and to please and charming.
