We found the staff very accommodating. When I needed a needle and thread, they went looking for some and finally found it. Very sweet. The room was on the larger side and quiet. The bathroom was very small, the soap, shampoo and body cream tiny. I would suggest replaceable containers on the wall as many hotels are doing. It would be more cost efficient and save unrecyclable plastic from ending up in the ocean and land fills. The shower pressure and warm water was great. I enjoyed a VIP massage with discount, which I would definitely recommend. The pool was difficult to get into (no stairs for children or seniors,) unless you are comfortable jumping into cold water from a rather deep platform stairs on the side. Warm and friendly staff. Discounts for food and welcome drink was nice.
