Casa Francia is a large villa set in the green hills of the Valdera valley, in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. With plenty of space both inside and out, it is ideal for extended families or groups of friends wishing to spend an unforgettable holiday together in Tuscany.



The historic village of Palaia, whose roots date back to the 4th century, is less than a five-minute drive away and offers a selection of shops and welcoming restaurants. In under 15 minutes you can reach the town of Peccioli, which provides a full range of amenities and has won awards for the way it blends medieval heritage with contemporary art. Volterra, famous for its Etruscan and medieval history, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano and the coastal town of Livorno are all within easy reach for day trips. The Renaissance city of Florence is only 68 kilometres away. Wine lovers will also enjoy the renowned Villa Saletta winery, just a ten-minute drive.

The holiday home is set in a tranquil countryside location with views across gentle hills. The cream-painted villa with brick and stone accents has a terrace running the full length of the house. The pool lies on a level below the main villa, where there is also a smaller house offering additional guest space.



The accommodation consists of the main villa and a converted barn that can host four guests. It features its own living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small private garden with seating. Inside, the villa is decorated in elegant country-house style, combining terracotta floors, wooden beam ceilings, neutral tones and comfortable, stylish furniture. Carefully chosen details and fine fabrics complete the picture.
