«We arrived after travelling 450km, tired and a little stressed. I had contacted Expedia 3 times to request a twin room but had had no reply. On arrival at the hotel we were told that no twin rooms were available. The kind hotellier sorted the situation without any fuss providing us with an additional room at no extra charge. «Veldig fint hotell for en familie for 1-2 netter. Området er ikke all verden, i og med at det ligger nær motorvei, men overraskende stort og fint uteområde, med pingpong, boule osv, og fint svømmebasseng! Restauranten var bedre enn vanlig Novotelstandard, skikkelig god mat og ok priser. Godt utgangspunkt for utflukter til Reims og champagne-ruta. Ok kjøpesenter ved hotellet hvis man vil ha proviant eller handle litt diverse franske produkter»

Windows poat filled with dead mosquitoes. when asking for possibility to have another room, we where met wiyh a unpolite behavior from the staff. got a new room but lacking a bed. which we had to argue with them to bring forward. not run by the service we have experienced from other Campanile hotels»

«Hotel was easy to find. We had booked rooms with 4 beds. These rooms were not designed for 4 beds, so it was sparse with space in them. I guess rooms with lesser beds will be more spacious. There was a strange smell in the rooms (stronger in toilets), annoying but bearable. Other than that, the staff was extremely helpful and service minded. Breakfast was simple and nice. Wi-fi in the rooms. We selected this hotel in order to stay close to Paris, so that we could rather drive there (1 hour 30 ...

«A stopover in the heart of the ancient town of Laon. Beautiful location in the old square facing the magnificent cathedral. Charming and friendly staff welcomed us and explained parking which was locked and a short walk. Able to unload outside Logis. Room charming and very comfortable while keeping it quaintness. Very nice restaurant and had delicious dinner and breakfast»
