Private terrace in front of the house, south facing with garden furniture and barbecue.
A small outbuilding with sleeping space for 2 to 4 people is available to the same tenant
Private parking and space for bicycles. The shops are 3 minutes away by car.

Entrance through a living room/kitchen with lounge area with armchairs and TV with DVD player, HiFi system. Dining area with large table, chairs and sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, fridge, sink and microwave. A linen room with washing machine. Bathroom with bath and sink. Separate toilet.

Upstairs two bedrooms and a separate toilet.

If necessary you can rent a small outbuilding with another room or you can find a double bed and a sofa bed for two people
