Be aware that for a deluxe room with two adults they only put a total of 2 bath towels in the room and one roll of toilet paper, there were no spare toilet tissue rolls in the room. We tried to call housekeeping on the room’s phone to get more but the room phone did not work to call anyone at the hotel. We had to call on our cell phone and leave a message about needing more towels but no one ever called back. We had to go out and buy more toilet paper ourselves. We later complained to a housekeeper the next day and she explained that they only put one bath towel per adult in the rooms and only one roll of toilet paper, when we asked she gave us 2 more bath towels to use after we promised to leave them in the room when we left.
The television in the room kept losing the signal every couple minutes which made watching tv frustrating. There was no microwave in the deluxe room. It was a very aggravating stay and we won’t be coming back to Saddle West.
