Arrived at 1:30 am for a guaranteed late check in. Somewhere in the fine print apparently it was stated that the front desk closed at midnight. Casino was open; security tried to help me, but since the front desk left nothing out about my reservation (there were a couple of pending reserrvations waiting for arrival yet, buy mine was not one of those set aside for them to help), I had nowhere to stay, and Expedia offered no help when called because of the "after 12 am" fine print. The Expedia agent tried to help by calling the front desk; I stood there with the security guard while the phone rang multiple times. He was forbidden by hotel policy to answer it. The hotel was FAR from full. I stayed here once several years ago and it was fine; after this experience I will NOT ever go back and I'll think three times about using Expedia to reserve any hotel room. I got a room at the Holiday Inn down the street after losing over an hour's sleep to this dysfunction.
