Relax in a third-floor condo on the Pagosa Springs golf course, between uptown and downtown. Sip coffee on the private balcony, cook in the full kitchen, and use the in-unit washer/dryer. Elevator access, central A/C, and easy self check-in. Sleeps 2 with a full bed and a sofa pull-out. Downtown, the hot springs, and Wolf Creek Ski Area (40 minutes) are close.

Set between uptown and downtown Pagosa Springs, with golf-course views and landscaped grounds. Coyote Moon Bar & Grill, a convenience store, and a liquor store are within walking distance.

Guests may use the PLPOA private recreation center, including the pool, for an additional fee.

You'll have the entire third-floor condo, reached by elevator, with self check-in by code. Grounds and gazebo are shared.

Take the elevator up to a bright third-floor condo with a comfortable living area and a private balcony overlooking the golf course.

The full kitchen has a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, skillets, and utensils. A stackable washer/dryer with laundry supplies is tucked into a cubby.

The bedroom has a full-size bed with fresh linens, and the living room sofa converts to a bed. The bathroom comes with fresh towels. Central A/C keeps things comfortable.

Step outside to landscaped grounds and a gazebo.

Beds: 1 full bed and 1 sofa pull-out bed.

Uptown and downtown Pagosa Springs are about a 5-minute drive. Wolf Creek Ski Area is about 40 minutes away, and Durango and South Fork are roughly an hour by car.

Self check-in: your access code is sent 48 hours before arrival.

Pets: one pet up to 40 lbs is welcome, $40 pet fee.

Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $15/hour; please message us to confirm. Please check out on time so we can prepare for the next guest.

Comfort: Central A/C. The thermostat is at the end of the hallway on the kitchen level.

Parking: Please use designated parking spaces only. No trailers or parking on the grass; violators may be towed at their own expense.

Good to know: This is a condo, so please keep noise low, especially in the evening.
