Welcome to Camp Kimberly! The tranquility of this place is unbeatable! The views from this modern and private 35-acre property are jaw-dropping. Camp Kimberly's serenity will reset your energy. This home has all of the luxury conveniences including a new hot tub, speedy Starlink WiFi, air conditioning and large 4K TVs with Sonos surround sound for streaming.

You'll love the chef's kitchen, brand new king bed and BRAND NEW HOT TUB with professional service! Camp Kimberly is surrounded by National Forest. Dog friendly!

Town is close enough and far enough away. :)

Camp Kimberly is the only residence on this 35-acre property!

This is a one-of-a-kind, modern luxury getaway experience in one of the most serene places in Colorado. You will be ultra-comfortable and awestruck with the panoramic views and tranquility of this paradise.

You'll want to relax on the deck and take in the expansive valley and San Juan Mountain views or hike around to find your favorite overlook. Camp Kimberly is perched perfectly on a hill above the valley for spectacular views. The stargazing at night is mind-blowing. We just added three holes of disc golf and a marked hiking trail around the property as well!

Or you can just relax and watch the horses, cattle, elk and deer right outside your window. Head into town for shopping, dining, fishing, tubing and entertainment before returning home to the most peaceful surroundings.

During the winter months, Wolf Creek ski area is 40-miles away and you wont need to travel through town traffic to get there. Bring your sleds! The hills at Camp Kimberly are perfect for sledding!

The smart propane fireplace in the cabin will keep you warm all Winter long. Have a cup of coffee and snuggle up for a movie on the 70-inch 4K TV with full surround sound in the living room or on the 50-inch 4K TV in the King bedroom loft.

Your friends or little-ones will sleep soundly downstairs on the pull-out couch or the roll-away twin bed.

We recently made major upgrades to Camp Kimberly, including a brand new King-sized bed, mattress and all-new bedding/pillows. We also added a brand new modular sectional sofa and all-new technology, including new smart ductless air conditioning/heating for the perfect "mountain-modern" getaway.

The modern kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with everything you'll need to cook any meal.

Camp Kimberly has city power and water so you'll always be comfortable. The Starlink high-speed internet is fast enough for everyone to be on the phone, video calls, watching TV and surfing the internet all at the same time. Super reliable.

There is a fully fenced-in yard area for your furry friend(s). We don't charge an extra fee for pets.

  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. Craig worked with us around our tight schedule making Camp Kimberley a perfect base camp for exploring Pagosa Springs and the surrounding area. We enjoyed every minute of it and they were great hosts that were quick to respond, so every need felt met. Also, the dark skies are legit!

Wonderful stay at Camp Kimberly. The cabin and immense acreage surrounding the home provide a secluded setting, yet the cabin is only 30 minutes from Pagosa Springs. Be ready to see tons of wildlife, including hawks, coyotes and elk. The property is beautifully maintained, very clean and communication with host was spot on.

This was a very cozy cabin with stunning views off of the back porch...rolling meadows and mountains in the distance. Extremely comfortable bed and furniture, and a well equipped kitchen. Took my two pups, and they absolutely loved it! I did too...

Great property and incredible views for morning coffee and evening wine. They did a great job of communicating clearly with all of the details we needed and were very quick to respond to any needs we had. Great place to stay with a pup too. Nice fenced in area and plenty of secluded space around to walk them on a leash. Even had some trouble with our vehicle when we were about to check out and the owner responded quickly with a solution to help. Seriously saved our day. 10/10 recommend

Charming spot. New, clean and well equipped. We arrived weary from working hard and long. The stress drained away rocking on the deck with cup of coffee in hand and reading our books. The clean air, mountain views and beauty make this a choice location. The highlight of the trip was soaking in the hot tub under the sky full of stars. Highly recommend!!!

Great Stay at Camp Kimberly

My fiance and I had an amazing stay at Camp Kimberly. The cabin was awesome. It had everything you need. The property was fun to explore. The hot tub was perfect. The fact that you can bring you dog is a huge bonus. The communication from the owners was excellent. We are already talking about doing another trip to this property because we had such a great time.

Serene Mountain Retreat

We had a great time at Camp Kimberly. We were hoping for a quiet and serene get-away and this property certainly delivered. The surrounding acreage was beautiful and we spotted a variety of wildlife and enjoyed watching the sun set over the beautiful valley. The hosts were very attentive and it was clear that they love their property and care about their guests.

Great stay while in Pagosa!

We wanted something secluded but still close to Pagosa. This property was awesome. We will definitely be staying again. The hot tub was nice and warm and ready to go when we arrived. Overall just a great stay!

American Classic!

Gotta love a cabin that is Flying the Stars and Stripes when you arrive. Well appointed with all you need and Craig is online for anything and more. Hot tub was great even if it is not the biggest. Just take turns. The hiking trails are what really make the cabin special, not to mention the wildlife and special details in the cabin’s construction. Loved my stay here and don’t want to hype it too much bc I may want to visit it again. Thanks Craig!

Quaint Comfy Cabin Great Location

This is a very quaint, comfy cabin great for a small family. We had a great time. The views were spectacular. The cabin was very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this cabin. We loved that the town was not close, but not too far away. Unfortunately, we did not partake in the hot tub because it was not as clean as we would have liked. We did not contact the owner to let him know about the hot tub but, I’m sure he would’ve taken care of it if we did. He was very quick with his responses and he provided us with great information.

Mountain get away

We had a wonderful stay at Camp Kimberly. The cabin was well appointed with amenities and just the right size for the two of us and our faithful companion. Located south of Pagosa Springs in a beautiful area that was remote enough to relax in the mountain solitude but close enough to town to enjoy a nice dinner at Meander. We found several streams to fly fish nearby and I was able to do a little painting in the afternoons. We also drove up to Piedra Falls one afternoon to hike and would recommend this beautiful drive. The view of the night sky was amazing from the hot tub after a long day of being on the river. The owners were so responsive to all requests and questions. They communicated quickly and provided detailed instructions for opening and closing which we truly appreciated. Thank you for a must needed respite from the heat of summer.

Peaceful getaway

Rush hour consisted of waiting for cattle to cross the road! About 17 miles outside of Pagosa Springs with many beautiful drives close by. Cozy cabin with outdoor seating and fenced in area for the pups.

Relaxing Mountain Retreat

My husband and I and our little dog enjoyed an absolutely wonderful 5 days in this mountain cabin. We are in our late 50's. This HAS to be the most RELAXING vacation we have EVER done!! We enjoyed the mountain rains and being "stuck inside" reading our books, or soaking in the nice, clean hot tub with a spectacular view. We grilled dinners on the provided barbecue most nights. It is just a 20 minute drive into Pagosa Village to find groceries, soak in the mineral hot springs there and/or dine in somewhere. The cabin was secluded enough to feel we were alone on the mountain. We saw horses, cows, wild turkey, deer and many chipmunks as our neighbors for a few days! We absolutely CANNOT wait to go back!

Get out of town!

Wife and I were looking for a stay outside of town. We didn't want to be by the noise and mass people. This place was perfect for that. This is everything a Colorado cabin should be. Quiet, cozy, away from the daily hustle. Bring your supplies because you aren't going to just "run down the street" if you forgot something. Easy check-in, excellent, prompt owner communication. Sitting on acreage made this even better for us as it added to the seclusion. You're surrounded by other large parcels of land, so again, adds to the quiet. The only real traffic were the hummingbirds and chipmunks. Far enough away from town to feel like a mountain escape, but close enough to do tourist things if that's your speed. Lots of great hikes nearby. Thanks for sharing your space, Craig.
