«Air condition was switched off and not available which made the rooms very hot and we were unable to sleep. When addressing this with the reception we were told they had switched it off as it was cold??!! They were unable to switch on and we were told this was nothing to worry about we could always have the balcony door open… yeah right with the red sand problems that would have left us all scared for life. A hopeless attitude by the staff and when advertising for termostat controlled A/C they ...

«A Hidden Gem in Paphos – Truly a Five-Star Experience! I recently had an incredible stay at the Kentrikon Hotel in the beautiful Old Town of Paphos. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the service; the staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure you have a perfect stay in Cyprus. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, and the quality was outstanding. It feels exactly like staying at a five-star luxury hotel. The building itself is a stunning, historic property that has been recently renovated ...

«Tried on multiple occasions to contact the property via expedia messages after receiving spam messages over WhatsApp asking for card details. The messages I sent were to confirm booking status and ask if any arrangements for late checkin needed. Contacted Expedia who after days managed to get communication from hotel. On arrival no communication had been made of the room allocation or safekey code (which accommodation had said would be sent on day of arrival) so had to walk with luggage and ...

«Apartments are spacious. Breakfast is very good. Well located for activities and short walk to harbour.»

«Gode, koselige og svært rene leiligheter.»

«Is more like small apartments rather than hotel. Room are ok, bed is not comfortable. The breakfast was nice. I would give this hotel only 3 stars not more.»

«Romslig og stille. Stygt basseng trakk ned.»

«A beautiful place for families and the location is literally behind the main harbor strip,it has a massive supermarket over the road which was used to fill a large size fridge freezer in the room. Rooms cleaned every day but sunday, food was in my opinion equals any five star resorts. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay a truly memorable one. A short 10 minute walk is Bar street which is like a mini ayia napa.and loads of family oriented karaoke bars plus adult one's that ...

«Dirty, filthy rooms. Loud noise from the bar until late. Uncomfortable and old furniture. No bed linen and extremely hard pillows. No cleaning from room service or changing of towels. Unable to bring towels from hotel out of the room unless facing a charge of 10 eur. »

«Flott sted. Rik frokostbuffet.»

«Rene og store rom, god beliggenhet nærme stranden. God frokost!»
