Nearby you can find all the services: restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pastry shops, supermarkets, public transport. Free parking on the street (NOT guaranteed).

The internal space is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM with double bed (1.90x1.60 m), wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C;

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed (1.90x1.60 m), table with dining chairs, split A/C and access to the terrace;

- KITCHEN equipped with island/counter with dining chairs, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

- STORAGE ROOM with washing machine;

- TERRACE with access from the living room.

Towels and bed linen available to all guests

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.

For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).

For check-in from 21:00 to 01:00, to be carried out at the apartment, a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival:

EUR 30 from 21:00 to 23:00

EUR 50 from 23:00 and 01:00

It is not possible to check-in after 01:00, not even for a fee

The area adjacent to the apartment, as well as being strategic for every move, is very well served.

In the neighborhood of your home, in fact, you have food shops, take-away rotisseries, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, banks, pharmacies, newsstands, supermarkets, Italian and ethnic restaurants, bars and meeting places that will allow you to easily meet all daily needs, including moments of leisure and relax.

A tip: don't miss a walk in the late afternoon from Prato della Valle to the city center with a stop at one of the many bars for a spritz, the coolest aperitif in the city.

The center, reachable on foot in a path enlivened by numerous bars and shops, is an unmissable treasure trove of monuments and suggestive areas: the squares of Erbe and Frutta colored by the open-air markets on which Palazzo della Ragione stands, piazza dei Gentlemen with the Clock Tower, the ancient seat of the University, the Scrovegni chapel with Giotto's frescoes, the Eremitani church with frescoes by Mantegna, the old buildings, the streets of the Ghetto, the courses of 'Riviere water, the Specola and the astronomical observatory and much more.

Several public transport services frequently pass near the apartment:

- in Prato della Valle: tram; urban lines 2, 5, 12, 22; extra-urban lines A, AT, M, T

- in via Cavazzana (adjacent to Via Manzoni): urban lines 3, 11, 13, 16, 24.

The house is outside the ZTL area and there is the possibility of finding free parking on the street.

How to reach the apartment:

-From Venice Marco Polo Airport, take bus E015-V to the Padova Autostazione stop and then take bus E071 to the Padova V. Manzoni stop, a 6-minute walk from the property;

-From Padova train station, take bus A to the Prato della Valle stop, a 10-minute walk from the property.
