«Clean, well maintained. Just 2 gripes: the breakfast buffet, which was fine in itself, only had all disposable plates, cups, and utensils. I know this is much easier for the hotel, but it does generate a lot of trash. Other complaint is that electric vehicle charging was listed as an amenity. Got there and was told it is tesla only. I asked if it was DC, a super charger, or not, and was just given a vague answer. The staff only seemed to have a vague awareness of electric car charging. It's not ...

«Love this place, it's usually our go to for Seattle stays. Every type of room is spacious, comfortable and feels luxurious, the staff is always welcoming, great service at the bar and with in-room dining plus 4 wonderful restaurant/café options on site, it can't be beat! Location is also absolute perfection. »

«Our room was fairly spacious and beautifully appointed. I especially love the tub in our bathroom room. The towels were thick and large. Miles and John and R …. were all wonderfully kind and welcoming. Everyone would go out of their way to make sure you had what you needed. Bartender was also fantastic. We had drinks and dinner and everything was quite good. I will recommend this to anyone staying in Seattle and we will be back for our next visit. I also love that they changed the elevator rug ...
