The house is located in a quiet setting with nature`s full splendor on full display from a giant, oversized deck. The forest area behind the house boasts several walking trails (one that leads straight to the children`s playground). Because of the unique placement of the Bramble Berry House, you`ll have one of the most private homes in the entire development. You can BBQ on the deck and watch your kids play out behind the house in the woods. With a full BBQ and grilling set available, you`ll spend many happy evenings on the large deck with your family.

The kitchen and dining room area is one continuous space, allowing for cooking and socializing without anyone missing out on the fun. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, Pyrex, mixing bowls, a blender, coffee maker and all the utensils a well-equipped kitchen needs to cook. The place settings are fun and whimsical, adding to the beach feel.
