Welcome to Beach Bum cottage in the South of Market neighborhood- one of the best location in Seabrook with the beauty of sunrises in the morning on the private balcony and it's a very short walk to one of the 3 paths that lead to the beach.
Just steps away from town center with its unique shops, restaurants and the Town Green Park, where you can sit and listen to seasonal concerts on Friday nights. The park also offers wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean, a pickle ball court, picnic tables. You can finish the night by sitting at the fire pit which is great for making s’mores and much more!

The bright and open main floor plan features a fireplace in the living room, a big dinning room table; the fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes quartz counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, gas range with all the tools to cook a wonderful meal. There is also a peninsula with chairs so you can visit while you cook.

We have a primary bedroom on the main floor with attached bath featuring a walk in shower with bench. The mudroom also accesses this bath.

Upstairs has the king primary and bath, 4 bunks and a queen bedroom, a full bathroom and the full size washer and dryer.
We also have unlimited Wi-Fi and 3 smart TVs. Which are located in the living room, master bedroom and bunk room. Also a PlayStation 4, classic board games, and pickle ball paddles and balls.

This beach themed home features a covered large front porch and a balcony off the master bedroom upstairs with a view of the town and park. There is plenty of seating with Adirondack chairs on both the porch and the balcony and in the paved side yard.
Don't leave your 4 legged families at home; we are dog friendly with a dog bed, bowls and towels to dry off your pup after a day at the beach.

We also have a 6 person hot tub, an inline gas Webber BBQ and outdoor shower and faucet with hot and cold water to wash away the sand after a fun day on the beach.
