Location:
Isn't It Iconic is located in the heart of Seabrook's Town Center, putting you just steps from everything the community has to offer. Walk out the front door to Town Hall, boutique shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and community events, with the beach just a short stroll away. It's one of Seabrook's most convenient locations, making it easy to park the car and enjoy your stay on foot.

Sleeping Configuration:
Second Level
-Primary Bedroom Suite: Sleeps 2 on a queen bed with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet.
-Queen Bedroom: Sleeps 2 on a queen bed with a Smart TV and Fire Stick.
-Bunk Room: Sleeps up to 4 on two XL twin bunk beds. Spacious enough for adults to sleep comfortably. The room is stocked with kids in mind, this room includes books, games, and puzzles for extra entertainment.

Third Level
-King Bedroom: Sleeps 2 on a king bed with easy access to the adjacent game room.
-Game Room/Additional Sleeping- A pull out couch offers additional sleeping options for guests. This space doubles as a fun hangout area with foosball, Xbox consoles, games, and a 55" Roku Smart TV, making it a great spot to relax day or night.

Outdoor Space:
Enjoy multiple outdoor spaces throughout your stay, with a private balcony on every level of the home. The front entrance opens directly into Seabrook's Town Center courtyard, while the back patio offers a more private setting complete with a BBQ grill and private hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Kitchen & Dining:
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need for anything from quick breakfasts to family dinners at home. Drip coffee and creamer are provided to help make your mornings easy before heading out to explore Seabrook.

The open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room create an inviting gathering space where everyone can stay connected. The dining table seats up to 8 guests, with an additional 3 seats at the kitchen island, making it easy for the whole group to enjoy meals together.

Living Spaces:
With two separate living areas, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
-The main floor living room features comfortable seating, a 47" Smart TV with Fire Stick, and a DVD player for cozy movie nights.

-Upstairs, the third-floor bonus living room is the perfect hangout space with a 55" Roku Smart TV, foosball table, Xbox One, Xbox 360, controllers, headsets, and a selection of games for guests of all ages.

Work From Home:
Whether you're working remotely for a few hours or extending your stay, Isn't It Iconic is exceptionally well equipped for productivity.

The home features two dedicated office workstations, one on the second floor in the master bedroom and another on the third floor. Each workspace includes Dell monitors, a docking station, Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse, webcam, and everything needed for a comfortable remote work setup. Guests can simply connect their compatible laptop using a USB-C connection. The upstairs office also includes a Happy Light, creating a bright and comfortable workspace year-round.

Family Friendly:
This home was designed with families in mind. Kids will love the hidden play nook tucked beneath the staircase, stocked with toys and games for younger guests to enjoy.

The dedicated bunk room also includes books, puzzles, and games, while the upstairs game room provides even more entertainment with foosball and Xbox gaming for rainy afternoons or evenings at home.

For Dog Owners:
Dogs are family too! Isn't It Iconic is dog friendly, making it easy to bring your pup along for your Seabrook adventure. Enjoy miles of dog-friendly walking trails, the nearby beach, and Seabrook's welcoming atmosphere for dogs and their owners.

Laundry:
A full-size washer and dryer are located on the main floor, making it easy to refresh beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing during longer stays.
