Welcome to The Great Escape – an expansive property facing Crescent Park, centrally located between town center and the Farm District, with quality upgrades and a pet-free environment.

This Founder’s Lot was personally chosen by Seabrook’s founding family as the perfect site for their home. Built with family in mind, you’re invited into the spacious living area by way of the glassed-in sunroom. As you favor the fireplace and Smart TV above, you feel a coziness from the puffy-wide chairs, fir flooring, and shiplap ceiling as the dim lighting in the dining room calms.

There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor, then the top floor boasts a game room stocked with classic family fun, plus an additional bedroom with built-in bunk beds and cubbies for storing and hiding things. When you include the carriage house, this home has nine comfy beds for a lucky 13 of your family and/or friends.

Spend afternoons and evenings outside The Great Escape basking in the hot tub covered by a gazebo, taking in late-day sunshine, or enjoying a sit-down dinner in privacy, all while your electric vehicle charges in the garage. Just remember to pack your own charging cable for level 2 charging. For further entertainment, you can kick some goals, play a set of volleyball, or roast marshmallows in the community firepit at the park across the street. At the south end of the park is Seabrook’s indoor swimming pool.

If you’re interested in shopping, dining, snacking, or need a few items from the market, town center is a 5-minute casual stroll from your getaway. Beyond town center, you’re only three minutes from beach access at the iconic arbor – where nightly sunsets are applauded, and famed photos are taken.
