It comprises an attractive 80 m² living room (with stove), an open-plan fitted kitchen, four good bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), a children's playroom and a 100 m² outdoor area. The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 80 m² living room with TV, stove, sofas and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, multifunction food processor, coffee machine, etc.
- 1 games room
- 1 separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200), dressing room, en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two double bunk beds (mattresses 140x190), cot
- Bedroom 4: two double bunk beds (mattresses 140x190)
- 1 bathroom (with bath)
- 1 separate WC
- 1 DVD viewing area with sofa

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: gas barbecue/plancha, high chair, combined washing machine-dryer, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside area :
- A private heated swimming pool measuring 6m x 3m. Open from 01 May to 15 September and secured (rooling deck system).
- Jacuzzi for up to 6 people, open all year round.
- A 100 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Pacé, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Visit to the Parc du Bon Pasteur
- Activities at the Maison des Jeunes et de la Culture (MJC) in Pacé

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house (two uncovered spaces), with free parking available close to the house.

- Nearest train / bus station: Rennes 20 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Rennes Saint Jacques 15 minutes by car
- Rennes bus stops about 500 metres away on foot

Other remarks :
- For your safety and that of the owners, the accommodation is equipped with a decibel detector.
- Out of respect for the neighbours, parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. It must be quiet from 10pm onwards. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate exclusion from the accommodation and cancellation of the booking without refund.
- Bed linen and towels included
- The stove is in working order (wood is available free of charge in the wood-burning stove).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation

- Swimming pool: All children swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- The dining table seats 12 people.
