«We were notified that there was construction occurring on the property during our stay, so the pool and splash area would be closed. The first day construction equipment noise woke me. Later that day, we were notified that our balcony would be stained, so would not be available. We decided to watch a bit of TV only to find that reception was an issue.

«They could not find their maintenance man to unlock the pool, apparently he had the one and only gate key to the pool.
At breakfast the served link sausage that looked raw and just generally nasty.
The tub in our room was dirty, apparently housekeeping does not scrub the sides of the tub, the tub had a water leak and was also slimy where water stood.»

«I was glad to hear and see the newly renovated rooms however, of course the room we were given was an older completely outdated room. The bathtub faucets were basically coming out of the walls, the one toilet lever barely worked, and with how outdated the place was it just felt dirty even though I know it wasn’t. It was definitely not what we expected based on photos but maybe I need to really look close and zoom in on photos next time.»
