Friluft tropisk som bor i denne franske stilen villaen med ekspansiv havutsikt fra alle rom og bare en kort spasertur til Dawn Beach og ligger i et inngjerdet samfunn med 24-timers bevoktet inngang. Vår husholderske, Catherine, vil dekke alle dine behov, inkludert matlaging av et minneverdig karibisk stilmåltid på huset. Spør om 2-romsprisen for grupper på 4 eller mindre.
Slapp av på den overbygde terrassen vår (800 kvadratmeter) i komfortable stoler i Adirondack-stil, eller nyt solen på våre sjeselonger på bassengdekket (700 kvadratfot), alt mens du tar en fantastisk havutsikt. Valhalla blir magisk om kvelden med myk belysning rundt uteserveringen og bassenget. Huset er totalrenovert siden orkanen Irma med nytt dekk, skyvedører i glass og alle nye møbler. Kjølig havbris gjør utelivet komfortabel. Stor stue / spisestue med katedraltak og havutsikt i 3 retninger. Lommer som skyver glassdører som forsvinner inn i veggen, skaper en følelse av å leve utendørs, slik at havbrisen kan sveipe gjennom huset når du beveger deg fra huset til privat dekk og bassengområdet. Velutstyrt kjøkken inkluderer 4 seter bar med lomme dører som åpner for uteplass, basseng og vakker utsikt over havet / stranden. Det er også et bordområde i bassenget (bare plastbriller!) Utsikten fra solområdet er spektakulær og inkluderer utsikt over daggrystranden, tintamarre, St. barths og saba (225%). Stor plen gir ekstra solings- og rekreasjonsområde. Dawn Beach ligger en kort spasertur unna.

Tre store private suiter med eget bad, dobbel vask og king size-senger. Hvert av disse soverommene inneholder også en safe for verdisaker. Ett av soverommene inneholder også en trille seng for barn. Soverom har utsikt mot havet, bassengdekkeområdet og plenen. Fjerde soverom åpner også for utsikt og plen.

Det er fem områder for å nyte måltider / snacks. Inne i huset ved spiseplass på 8 personer, ved kjøkkenbaren (seter 4), ute på den skyggelagte terrassen (seter 10) og sist men ikke minst ved bordet i bassenget - alt med utsikt over havet.

Huset er utrolig behagelig for familie / gruppe på 6-10 personer. Utsikten er spektakulær, og bassenget er stort nok og dypt nok til dykking og svømming.

Villaen ligger i Dawn Beach Estates, et 24 timers vakthold med utsikt over Dawn Beach. Stranden ligger en kort 5-minutters spasertur unna.

A slice of heaven

Check-in was seem less, loved everything about the kitchen, very well equipped. Everyone at the villa were first class, from Catherine to Homer and Pierre . All were incredibly helpful; Homer even took us to Grand Case for dinner twice !! Our trip was nothing short of magical and we can’t wait to return! And the pool and the view was amazing!! Loved every minute

We had an amazing stay at this property! We were two families celebrating two birthdays, and this house made it truly unforgettable. The layout was perfect for our group, and we spent most of our time living on the deck by the pool—coffee in the mornings, meals outside every day, and lots of laughs in between.The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved the local touches and the peaceful vibe. We also explored the area—made a couple trips to a great local bakery and visited several beaches. Maho Beach and Mullet Bay were definitely our favorites!This home felt like our own little slice of paradise, and we would 100% rent it again without hesitation. Thank you for sharing such a perfect place with us!

Perfect house with incredible views! The owner was VERY responsive and very helpful. The only downside was that Dawn beach was inundated with sargassum so we couldn’t use the beach or enjoy the proximity to the JW Marriott and other local restaurants. Also, travel around the island hills is tricky, especially when it rains. Would strongly recommend an all wheel drive vehicle.

Just what we needed

This was a planned trip to just disconnect and relax and this couldn’t have been better. Catherine, Pierre and team were great. Quiet location but close to everything. Everything you need for staying in and relaxing with a meal at home. We restocked a bit of the “bar” - so enjoy! . We will be back.

If you are looking at booking this property- DO IT! The information about the island from Daphne on the on land support from Catherine being available at our call was amazing! We have said repeatedly since leaving how much we loved this vacation and it’s basically because of the home and the people. You won’t regret the privacy and splendor of Villa Valhalla!

Best Friends Annual Getaway

Villa Valhalla leaves nothing to be desired! From breathtaking Ocean and Mountain views in every direction, to the perfect ocean breeze all day! This home was truly to die for! The house as very clean and well maintained. Amazing shower water pressure! And the small pay it forward basket was nice! If you happen to forget something, check the basket, if you use something, just put one back by the end of your trip for the next vacationers!! The ocean was just steps away, and the island offers so much to do, we wish we booked a longer vacation! The owner Daphne was a pleasure to book with, answering any and all questions we had before our trip. Once on the island, the property manager Catherine was a saint!! Easily one of the nicest people we have ever met! And that was one of the best parts of the island, every person you meet is extremely nice! Can’t wait to come back!

Incredible views and great location

We had an amazing stay at Villa Valhalla! Daphne, the property manager answered all of our questions and created a helpful information package that helped us make the most of our visit. The house and its location are absolutely breathtaking. Our group of 10 people (3 families) couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even though our flight was delayed, meaning we didn’t arrive until around 8:30 PM, Catherine, the lovely housekeeper, was there waiting at the community security gate to guide us to the house and give us a tour. When we opened the doors and saw the ocean shimmering in the moonlight before us, we were completely in awe. Catherine had thoughtfully prepared a generous welcome basket with snacks and a bottle of wine, which was such a nice touch. The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and it felt so comfortable, like home. We ended up cooking most of our dinners at the house so we could enjoy the incredible views, pool, and hot tub. Homere, the pool and garden manager, was friendly, quiet, and very respectful. Pierre, the house manager, stopped by the day after we arrived to check in and make sure everything was going well. We went on a Kayak tour to Pinel Island one day and when we returned, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the house and our rooms had been refreshed with clean towels. What a thoughtful touch! The walk to Dawn Beach is a short stroll downhill, and we were on the beach within minutes. We wholeheartedly recommend Villa Valhalla

Beautiful villa with amazing view

Beautiful property, the view is amazing. Communication was very good and everyone took great care of the property while we were there. Host left us a wonderful welcome basket full of goodies, Cleaning service excellent, pool service and Pierre was delightful to converse with.We had just a little difficulty finding the address the first time because the GPS says the house number is 33 but in the villa, the number has 45. But that was minor and we had a wonderful time!!!!We were a group of 4 adults ( 1 couple and 2 singles)

Family Adventure

Perfect Villa for our family of 6 adults and one 4 year old. Housekeeper Catherine does a great job maintaining the Villa and is also a wonderful chef. She prepared and served a four course Thanksgiving dinner that we all loved. A few problems with air conditioning and the hot tub were handled by the property manager Pierre as well as could be expected. Villa needs to upgrade beach chairs but otherwise is very well equipped. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing

Ok, first and foremost, Mr. Pierre is the man. He is the property manager and he did not disappoint. Ms. Daphne is an excellent communicator. Ms. Catherine is sweet and informative. Location… YOU WILL NEED A CAR AND SOMEONE WHO IS NOT AFRAID TO DRIVE. The roads are steep, curvy and some are not in the best condition. But the house will make it worth the drive.

Family getaway

Great property, very comfortable and clean. Pool was perfect! Short hike to Dawn beach. Roads are a bit challenging to drive but a car is a must. Host is awesome and very easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. Pool service every day and housekeeping 2xs a week. Will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time. House is out of the way on a quiet road near the ocean with a gorgeous view. This house was perfect for our family vacation. We spent a lot of time at the house and it met all of our expectations and then some.

Graduation trip for our son

My husband and I took our son and three friends to celebrate his high school graduation. This house has THE best views! Daphne was easy to communicate with and very quick responding. Pierre lives just up the street and he was so helpful with things to do and where to go. The AC in one bedroom didn’t work the day we got there and by the next day it was replaced. Catherine is the sweetest and we paid Omar (pool and lawn guy) to drive our group downtown one evening. We had a nice steak dinner and hit the casino and Moon Bar. He stayed out late and brought us back safely. You definitely need to rent a car as most reviews say, the hills are no joke! We waited until we got there to unload luggage and then we headed to a grocery store. We never cooked meals, but the kitchen has everything you will need if you choose to. If you’re planning to go to a beach for the day I recommend Orient Beach. Daphne told us about it and she was right. It has all the activities, restaurants, shops, etc and it’s not a far drive. There are outdoor showers there as well. Ladies or men with long hair, I wouldn’t worry about dolling up too much because of the wind and humidity. Bring lightweight clothes! You will not need your fancy outfits except for maybe one evening out on the town. All bedrooms have AC but the main living area does not. We kept the windows/doors open so it’s a constant warm breeze. The pool and hottub are wonderful, especially at night. We will be back!

Beautiful home, Stunning View!

We stayed at Villa Valhalla with our 3 teenage kids and another family of 4. The house was beautiful, clean, well stocked with stunning views! Plenty of room for us all. It’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood overlooking Dawn Beach. Everything was as stated from the website, except the kitchen has been updated and looks great. We had excellent communication before and during the trip. We were able to walk to the beach, and had dinner at the new JW Marriott. It was nice to have a close option on a night we didn’t want to drive or cook. We have nothing but great things to say about everyone who helps care for the home, all so pleasant to talk to. They were very accommodating to us. We have stayed on the island before and did feel this was a nice location, split between the French and Dutch side so other than the airport, most restaurants and beaches we wanted to visit were no more than 20 minutes from us by car. We personally love renting a car to see the whole island on our vacations. We also love a nice, quiet spot to come back to each evening and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house, using the pool and hot tub all week. You won’t be disappointed with this house, would definitely recommend!

Great Villa

Dream Family Vacation

This estate is everything as described and even more than you can imagine. Pulling into Dawn Beach Estates and driving down to view the ocean is breathtaking. The views from every back window of the house are like a dream. We loved the entire house. Every guest was happy with their room and amenities. We used the pool and hot tub every day. The kitchen supplied us with anything we could have needed. Our quick trip over the back road to the bakery was exciting. The house is located central to everything on the island. Dawn Beach is beautiful and quiet and the walk is easy enough for the entire family. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. 7 days isn’t enough! Highly recommend this house for anyone looking to relax and explore St Martin!

Fantastic Villa

The view is amazing, so beautiful, 180 degrees of beauty St Barts and Dawn beach area. Dawn beach is beautiful and easy to get to. Quick walk down and over the stairs. The roads are no joke and very steep and narrow. But you will run into that for any house with a view like this. We would've preferred a rental car with ground clearance. There are restaurants nearby but definitely driving distance except the bar/resaurant at the beach. The owner had blow dryers, books, games, floaties for the pool, great internet, a well stocked kitchen, and beach towels. The housekeeper refreshed the beach towels twice during the stay, such a luxury. All things that make a great beach house. We really appreciated the services of the housekeeper and pool professional, and Pierre the house manager. They check to make sure you know how to work everything and keep it in good order. Daphne the owner stopped by to check in on us too. So nice! The pool is really great we used it to cool off. We were there New Year's and it was 75 degrees. People that enjoy firm beds will be very happy. I would go again tomorrow if I could, it's so great.

The perfect vacation spot

Our family needed a location for rest and relaxation, with the ability to walk to the beach an easy access to the rest of the island for exploration. Villa Valhalla exceeded these expectations is all ways, with the sole exception of there not being a supermarket within walking distance - or a 5 minute drive. But nevertheless, all had a gratifying and relaxing week.

Girls vacation!!

The property is beautiful, views are stunning. Local restaurants are ample and wonderful. Bedrooms are cool and comfortable. The villa is stocked with many amenities. We did not take advantage of the staff for cooking or recommendations, but I feel they would have been helpful with both. The pool is deep and refreshing, however in December it is only half in the sun, perhaps other months are different. We rented a car, which has nothing to do with the house, but must mention-the roads are narrow and steep, factor this into your vechicle selection. Do not drive up or down the steep hills if they are wet. We loved our trip, as well as our stay, and hope to be back!!!
