Hello friends! Welcome to 1000 Star Gazer, a multi-level retreat just steps from Hollywood Beach in Oxnard. With four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 12 guests, this welcoming home brings everyone together for beach days, harbor outings, and evenings under the stars. Thoughtfully hosted by Chic Beach Vacations.



THE SPACE



The open living and dining area flows into a chef’s kitchen with premium appliances, a wine fridge, and Keurig and drip coffee options. A/C, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and a full laundry room add everyday comfort.



The updated sleeping layout includes:



- Third-floor primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony.

- A bedroom with two queen beds, converted from the former upper living room.

- Ground-floor bedroom with a queen bed.

- Ground-floor bedroom with two twin beds.

- Living-room sofa with a queen mattress.



Fresh linens, pillows, towels, and essential toiletries are provided. The home spans multiple levels, so expect stairs during your stay.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD



Hollywood Beach pairs wide sandy shores with nearby Channel Islands Harbor. Enjoy waterfront dining, kayaking, and boat outings, or keep your plans simple with a morning beach walk and an afternoon on the sand.



Your Guest Guide includes our local favorites for exploring Oxnard and the surrounding coast.



ROOFTOP EVENINGS & BEACH DAYS



The rooftop is a highlight of 1000 Star Gazer, with ocean and marina views, lounge seating, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill. Bring dinner upstairs and linger as the sky changes color.



Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and an umbrella are provided. A Pack ’n Play and high chair make packing easier for families with little ones.



BRINGING YOUR DOG



Your dog is welcome, with pet amenities to help your companion settle in. The fee is $25 per dog, per stay and can be paid through your Guest Guide.



PARKING & GETTING AROUND



Parking accommodates one vehicle in the garage and two in the driveway. Additional free street parking is subject to availability and posted restrictions.



A car is useful for groceries and exploring beyond the beach and harbor.



GETTING READY FOR YOUR ARRIVAL



After booking, we will ask you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our required occupancy agreement. Completing it allows us to send your Guest Guide with arrival details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations.



Your entry code becomes available 48 hours before check-in. Early check-in options appear five days before arrival and may be requested through your Guest Guide. We are happy to help with questions along the way.
