Second time staying at this location, both times have been exactly what I needed while in Owensboro. Attentive host and clean and tidy location equals a great and reasonably priced stay. Highly recommend for single travelers or couples looking for a place in Owensboro!

Cute little place

The mother in law suite was adorable and clean. We were there for a competition and it was honestly perfect for what we needed. The host was responsive and friendly when we spoke. Will stay here again in the future for sure.

Cozy and comfortable

I was only in town to visit friends after a recent loss. But the suite was perfect, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. The owner was excellent in her communication and avaliable for my needs. Would highly recommend

MIL Suite

We were playing softball at Fisher Park. Close by and convenient. Country setting. Only thing that might help it is a better walk way around to it

Don’t pass this one up!

Such an adorable place! Has everything and more that you could possibly need. No details have been left out. Sparkling clean! Quiet & peaceful location that makes you feel like you’re out in the country surrounded by nature, however you will be just a short drive to downtown Owensboro. Ashley was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to my inquiries. Absolutely loved this stay, highly recommend.

Cute property and the inside was really clean and nicely decorated. Bottom of the pool was pretty dirty but it didn’t stop my kids from swimming in the pool. Trampoline for the kids was too hard for them to get to though because there was taller grass around the trampoline. Still nice and suited our needs

Perfect place to stay

Ashley was an awesome host! We came to town for ROMP needing a place to stay cool and not have to camp in the humid heat. We got lucky and this property was newly listed. Everything was great! There was a small plumbing issue which was addressed immediately and caused no interruption to are stay. Would happily book this property next year and hope we get the opportunity! Thanks, Ashley!!

Country Living

The host was extremely fast with responding to our needs and questions. She was helpful and on top of the questions that were asked. The apartment was updated and smelled great from the moment we walked in. The couch was big and comfortable. The biggest downside to this property would be the lack of a walkway to your vehicle.
