The Oleandri and Rose farmhouses, located at the edge of Villa Schella’s fenced botanical park, offer guests exclusive use of a private pool and can be rented together as a single property.



The two houses, about 100 meters apart, comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. There are 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, plus two fully equipped kitchens. One double bedroom is on the ground floor, while the others are upstairs. You’ll find Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, fan, and a dedicated workspace. Families with children will appreciate the crib, high chair, and access to a shared play area. Breakfast service is available on request for an additional fee. Babysitting is also available on request and with advance notice.



Outdoors, you can relax in the garden and the private outdoor pool. There’s also an outdoor shower for guests’ use.



The property offers 8 shared parking spaces on site and welcomes up to 2 pets for an additional fee. Events are allowed on request and with advance notice. Beach towels are provided for an additional fee for your convenience. There is also a free shared bike storage room. A shared electric vehicle charging station is located nearby in the village. Public transport is easily accessible, and the train station is just a 10-minute walk away, offering convenient connections to Genoa and Acquiterme.
