Brilliant hotel with great staff who were super helpfull and lovely. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. You can not beat the location as it is just outside across the road from the Sanctuary of Our lady.

As with many hotels in European metropolitan areas, it is never clear where to park the car for the initial download or parking and that detail was not available in the documents made available in the reservation process.

This hotel is very well maintained. It has very friendly staff who go all out to accommodate. The best part is the location. You are literally across the Santuário de Fátima. It’s an amazing experience. Definitely would return.

Excellent hotel. Perfect location. Clean modern rooms. Staff friendly. I had stayed here 2 years ago and returned. Same quality. We used Fatima as a base point for day trips to central Portugal. Only complaint about Fatima is restaurant choices are not overly abundant.

Exceptional service provided by Alexandra Figueiredo on the Front desk. Very welcoming, stored my luggage as the room was not ready. I visited the Sanctuary at Fatima and when I came back earlier than the checkin time the room was ready and Alexandra advised that I had an upgrade to the 4th floor with a view of the Sanctuary. Mauricio the bar person brought me bar snacks to my room and made the best hot chocolate after the candlelight procession late evening at the Sanctuary. Location, location! Directly across the Sanctuary with a path leading from the hotel front door to a short path onto the Sanctuary grounds. Could not get any closer than this, for people with mobility issues. The room was large and aesthetically appealing, soft plush tones, the bathroom, walk-in shower was huge and the view looked directly across to the Sanctuary. The beds comfortably. Tablet in the room providing information on the services and room service. Direct charge for cell phones by the bed no need of adapter converters. Room was spotlessly cleaned. Nice outdoor patio with tables and chairs, bar, lounge area, huge dining area. Breakfast was superb, lots to choose from, fresh fruit, yogurts, granola, cereals, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cold cuts, cheese, breads, eggs, bacon, sausages, freshly squeezed fruit juices. Little restaurants all around, nicely designed market next door for souvenir shopping. Great stay. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Localização SENSACIONAL! Ao lado do Santuário! Do nosso quarto podíamos ver a Basílica e, inclusive uma belíssima procissão noturna com velas que me emocionou. Quartos amplos e bom café da manhã. O único senão é o estacionamento, pois as vagas gratuitas ofertadas são muito poucas e ficam ao acesso livre da rua
