Too expensive for too little
We stayed for 3 nights. The amenities shown on the website are not available. There was no room cleaning service available. This wouldn't have been a big deal if they had even just knocked on our door and offered us fresh towels or to collect our trash daily. We had to request fresh towels at the front desk everyday. We had to collect our own trash and set it outside our room. The toilet was dirty when we checked in. The toilet seat broke away from the toilet bowl the morning before checkout. It wasn't fixed so we had to use the public bathrooms or be very careful using the one in the room. The phone didn't work so we had to fix it ourselves since maintenance didn't come for that. We only had a positive interaction with one hotel staff member (who was VERY nice and accommodating. Too bad it was just the person and not the hotel standards). No one else made eye contact or spoke; and they told our kids that the hotel lobby was closed when I sent them to the desk to get bottles of water. Next time we will drive 10 minutes further and stay at a better known hotel that is less expensive. For the price per night, I would've expected a lot better. Also, they couldn't honor the hotels.com price. So I paid more at the hotel price with nothing to offer for it in service.
