Please be advised kindly that the hotel doesn't own parking and there is public parking belonging to Indigo below us with a fee which is temporarily closed because of their maintenance. Dear Byron, unfortunately on May 4, we experienced an unplanned power outage from Hydro Ottawa, because their equipment had an issue that caused our fire alarm to go off. In the beginning they advised that it might take 2 hours to fix however later we were advised that it would take more than 6 hours, and that is why we decided to relocate our guests except the ones who decided to stay that night at our property. once again we are sorry for the experience however we appreciate your understanding that the situation was out of our hands and we did our best to relocate and manage the situation. Dear Jacob, Thanks for sharing your feedback with us!We do not own parking, however, there was public parking before that belonged to Indigo Underground and we had a deal of 33 per night they are now closed temporarily due to their major repairs. and now there is another option in front of the hotel door that belongs to Rideau Center Mall until the other parking gets fixed.
