«Very safe feeling neighborhood. No problem walking around at night. The hotel complex is also safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially the manager Jesus. Pool was clean and refreshing. There are lot flowers and plants which blow a lot leaves and petal in the pool in the windy afternoons. It makes for a lot of laughs trying to keep them out. «The unit is not clean, not equipped with basic things, and the worst is the shower which almost had no water and the water temperature changed from very hot to very cold. Front desk are terrible, maintenance is poor. The only reason we gave them 2 stars and not one is the beautiful beach and the view from the Balcony.»
