Villa Pomes was born from the love and dedication of two brothers, one an architect and the other an engineer, who wanted to bring the old family home back to life,
The villa features the typical elements of traditional Apulian architecture, such as the lime milk scialbatura, arches, stone, tuff. All elements that blend harmoniously, respecting the environment, thanks to the use of solar energy and environmentally sustainable green building techniques.
The entrance to Villa Pomes is a large living room with a fireplace, where decades ago family reunions and carefree holiday tables were held.
The 4 double bedrooms are all complete with air conditioning and heating, safe, direct exit to the garden.
Then there is the second living room with its own bathroom, the one where distinguished guests were once welcomed to talk business or politics. Here there is 1 double sofa bed that makes this living room, when necessary, a real double bedroom.
Around the villa there are two pergolas, one adjacent to the barbecue area and used as an outdoor dining area where you can spend pleasant evenings outdoors.
From the large living room window you can glimpse the enchanting salt-sterilized (non-chlorine)swimming pool, equipped with sunbeds on which to relax with the reading of a good book, fully enjoying the breathtaking sunsets of this unique land lulled by the song of cicadas.

Villa Pomes is an extra luxury villa ideal for relaxing and exclusive vacations, immersed in the quiet and beauty of Apulian nature, in the territory of Ostuni.
Ostuni, known as the "White City," is famous for its historic center made of whitewashed houses, which dominates the horizon from the top of a characteristic hillock, from which you can see the nearby sea.
Ostuni`s beaches offer crystal clear sea and soft sand, and boast numerous awards such as Blue Flags.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
